We'll definitely see Philanthropist Bruce from here on, I mean learning that was needed was a key part of this movie. I don't think that necessarily precludes Playboy Bruce from happening. Look at someone like, I don't know, Leo DiCaprio-- Known for being a dedicated, talented actor professionally, and in his private life is equally as famous for his environmental work as he is for dating a slew of 20-something models.
Where the Bale, Conroy and West version were more of a classical 'man about town'... It'd be funny if this Bruce took to booking the VIP rooms of nightclubs and having wild parties in there-- DJ's, strippers and "making it rain"... all that gaudy crap you see modern young rock star kind of celebs doing... gets somewhat famous in the media for his wild parties... yet he himself is all intense and detached in there, just nursing a drink while everyone goes nuts around him.
I think Pattinson himself would find that funny to play, in the same way he thinks it's funny that his Batman really wants to kill some people but won't let himself.
It'd represent each of the various personas while putting their own spin on it, just as they have with the others.
EDIT: Of course, it really does depend on the state of Gotham too, with a lot of it being flooded here I can't imagine that's not going to be a big factor going forward.
