Imo this isnt a comic book. Some things dont have to be by the book when it comes to live action. You guys should know this. If it makes a better movie then so be it. Things change when comic books make it to the bigscreen. Sometimes for the better. There is nothing wrong with having a Lex and Doomsday Team up. Only Fanboys would be crying about Doomsday not killing Supes. Doomsday doesnt always kill Supes anyways.

No one is saying IT HAS TO BE LIKE ANYTHING. But... It is a fair assumption that it's highly likely that including Doomsday would also mean doing DOS. Could that be wrong? Yeah, it could be. It's not some sphincter pull either. I am against the idea, but I can see it as a possibility.

Doomsday does not have to be used only for the Death of Superman. I really don't like that assumption. I hope that storyline never see live action, but would love to see the JL or Supes vs Doomsday.

I also think that bringing Doomsday doesn't mean killing Superman.

Yes, it is definitely possible. It is a fair assumption. It just seems that when ppl mention Doomsday being in a movie, everyone assumes DOS. If they are gna kill Supes id like it to be more like All-Star lol. Let WW kill Doomsday after Supes immobilizes the monstert:

Im sorry u are right. He cant be killed really, but that is why hes so popular to ME. He is an unstoppable badass. Mindless. No reasoning. That is why i like Doomsday ..certainly not because he killed Supes. I dont like Supes dying ever. But ppl have their opinions.

I could see a few, especially in a film where a lot of us want more than just action set pieces ( or at least, I don't want to hear from Hypesters about how it's only action set pieces. ). KGBeast, Metallo and Parasite with Lex directing would be a big threat to our heroes to my mind. This is a first meeting, a first encounter so even Batman should be surprised at the villain's capabilities. I am sure others could come up with their own combos and reasoning as well.

The Beast can be there to give Batman a badass one on one fight against a formidable opponent that's at his level (He's more than just a SS cannon fodder character. Look him up.) and if Supes and Bats are meeting Metallo for the first time that could easily be presented as a challenge to my mind. Add in KRYPTONITE and we have an enemy that could lead our heroes to team up to take him down. Parasite too if you think about it. What's Batman or Supes' defenense against an enemy they are meeting for the first time that can drain Superman's powers and The Dark Knight's life force with a touch? Plus, both have abilities that weaken Superman enough to justify Batman lending a hand. That's my view.

True, but Doomsday carries more weight as a foe who can challenge Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman together, at least insofar as comic book fans are concerned. They could power Metallo up, though. The general audience wouldn't have built-in expectations about either character.

I just hope that whatever the villain, the action and characterization don't come off as Zod v Superman2. I'm wanting something that stands out for this historic superhero event film.

The last thing in the world I would want is for BvS to ape ANYTHING from THE DARK WORLD, especially the hatchet job done on Kurse and Mal.

True, but he did break the Bat in TDKR. I feel like when its a movie adaptation, they tend to follow the more memorable moments in comics (especially lately with comics becoming a more popular medium) and Doomsday killing Superman was literally one of the biggest events in media when it happened. IF they bring Doomsday in BvS, I wouldnt be surprised if they killed Superman.

If we need a bruiser that was created with Kryptonian tech and Lex's smarts then Metallo all the way (or less likely, early/not-totally-backwards-yet Bizarro). Hell, maybe Scoot is playing Anthony Ivo who was hurt in the Zod fight and after Lex reaches out to him, he helps fund his new Amazo android project. Theres tons of options that bring a bruiser with less connotations than Doomsday.
