Good rule of thumb . . . whenever something like this makes the rounds without any official confirmation attached from the studio it's most likely fake because, for the most part, the actual professionals who do this stuff aren't willing to risk their jobs and professional standing by leaking stuff that could easily be traced back to them.

Was that me...I do tend to be the resident myth buster

I had faith in Campea when he started dropping all those WW hints. I thought that he was really on to something, and he was practically dancing around AMC Movie Talk, dropping hints and looks that made seem that Alexander was Wonder Woman. When Gal was announced as WW, he looked completely shocked that WW was in the film, the fact that Alexander wasn't WW, and the fact that Gadot was WW. That whole situation is astounding and peculiar to me.

Campea had also "confirmed" Cranston was going to be Luthor.

WB never approached Cranston.

Here are a bunch of rumors from a "script doctor" working with WB. The clearest sign most of it is BS is that he is just repeating stuff that is rumored and not exactly adding anything new to the conversation

Very interesting stuff. And all believable, outside of the claim that Lex won't be balding for the "foreseeable future". But that could be taken a multitude of ways.

But besides that, I like all of of what he's said. I hope its legit.

I don't think he was ever the source for his wife, pretty sure he went into detail to explain that. Also, he's said over and over that he's not a movie journalist and doesn't try to be. He relies on actual movie journalists to bring us the news and do it the right way. He's blatantly said that the purpose of Movie Talk is to talk about that news and talk about what it might mean.

Pardon me if my memory is failing me on this, but I'm positive that his wife made it known that the scoop came from John Campea, who got it from his sources.

Supes will be the only JLeaguer with a solo, a 'team-up', and JL movies that very well may use members of his rogues gallery for the villains, so...I don't see how that's the case at all. If so, that author might as well make articles for each JL member.

DC fans can sometimes be their own worst enemy and that article exemplifies that. Batman and superman on film for the first time ever and some people still look for trivial things to ***** about. Its very irritating.

where'd you read this? was Jake G approached for a GL reboot or are you talking about the 2011 movie?
