Of course the kid in the ice was Jason. The kid had the same different-coloured eyes as Jason did in X2. That was as obvious as hell!

The kid frozen in those container tubes that Stryker looks at is Jason Stryker.

The kid in the frozen cell that Wolverine sees is NOT Jason Stryker. It is apparently a girl, does not have different colored eyes, and the cell is frozen instead of her since she is able to move.
