I never tried to. I only said that they should pick an actress that LOOKS Southern European.

I think Theron has the fanboy bona fides now, with Fury Road, but she's also an esteemed mainstream actress as well. And she's got talent and charisma and experience to spare to bring to the role, and potentially the DCEU as a whole.

Only "issue" I might have with Theron, is that she'd probably play it more cold, which would be fitting if they want to go for more cynical Selina, but if they want to emphasize character's wanderlust and energy, I'm not sure she'd be the best choice.

I see both of those traits being innate to her character, so I don't mind either take, I'm just not sure whether Theron could pull off the latter.

Catwoman will most likely turn up in Gotham City Sirens first so they are probably going with someone closer to Margot Robbie's age.

Catwoman is generally someone who is as longstanding in history as gordon or robin, so i can imagine she should be more mature. But thats just what common sense tells me.
