Given that Reeves is clearly looking to cast Selina w/ a woman of color, my personal choice would be someone like Thandie Newton (as opposed to a Zoe Kravitz type). Obviously, Newton herself is too old to be in contention for the part, but again, someone like her would be nice.

I'd love it if Gugu lands the part- I'm just not expecting it. But we've already all argued over the likelihood of where Reeves and Co. will draw the line at age, so let's just leave that at that.

My vote is still Janelle Monae. She's the right age, she's got the sort of acting chops that Reeves wants from his cast.

One small reason I dig Janelle is because she can actually rock the hell out of Selina's pixie cut.

I've only seen her in Belle, Beyond the Lights, Black Mirror, The Cloverfield Paradox and Concussion, but that's enough to know she's got more than enough range to pull of a character like Selina.

To me he'll always be that guy who had the scoop that I did not believe and prayed was not true and had my faith rewarded, so...oh well? Glad you were wrong, sorry you chose to die on that hill? He seems like a nice bloke, so hopefully he fares better in his next endeavor.

And maybe some of these scoopers can learn from him - don't take on the trades and expect to win. They almost certainly have better sources than you.

Aside from the hairstyle in the first pic, I honestly don't see it at all. Nothing wrong with that, though. To quote my friend @flickchick85, we see what we see.

She’s right up there with Gugu for me. She has the vibe and energy that Selina should have.

If not them, then Ana De Armas or Eiza Gonzalez.

I'm on the Eiza train. I love De Armas, but don't want her for Selina for some reason and I'm not feeling Janelle.

Janelle certainly has the charisma. Eiza does too based on my memory of Baby Driver. Ana is spotty though. Seems like she puts a great performance on in Knives Out but that’s not out for a bit...

Still rooting for de Armas, but I get the sense that Reeves is looking for someone darker, most likely African-American, based on Kroll's latest comments. We'll know soon enough.
