Man, I seriously spend last week drawing up 4 new characters to introduce for him, it's hard to stop writing. But, I have to finish this Xerxes arc before I do anything else with new characters.

Heh. I hear you, man. When I wrote up my post last night, I realized how many goddamned villains I've made. And I've still got more ideas. I'm going to restrain myself and flesh out the ones I've shown thus far, with any luck.

Yea. I've got Cerberus's first true bad guy(basically the first bad guy with powers) ready to go, the bad guy's lackey, and two other kids with powers that he'll meet at LHU. And those last two are my favorites, although the bad guy is pretty good too.t:

Chelsea Fox is known for her charismatic nature, sarcastic tendencies and quick wit. She is extremely studious and is overall a very nice girl

Uniform/costume:

Origin Info/Details: The original Red Specter was a gifted inventor named Arthur Fox, a man dedicated to keeping the streets of Lost Haven safe back from the 40's-60's. When a villain called "Ultima" killed Arthurs wife and pregnant daughter, Arthur and his 4 year old granddaughter Chelsea were the only survivors. As a little girl, Chelsea Fox would listen to her grandfather Arthur tell stories of his days as The Red Specter, all the crimes he stopped, all the villains he fought, his time during World War 2, ect. As Chelsea got older, Arthur trained her, teaching her how to defend herself so that he wouldn't loose his granddaughter like he did his wife and daughter. But Arther was never one to half ass anything, and the "self protection" training took on a life of it's own as Arthur taught the young Chelsea everything he knew. Without planning on it, Arthur had trained his daughter to be...a hero.

Last year, Chelsea and Arthur's lives were turned upside down when Ultima went public to the world during the invasion, coming out of self imposed exile to reak havoc on the planet earth. Chelsea secretly vowed that she wouldn't rest untill she killed Ultima and avenged her familys murder. During this invasion, the science minded Chelsea (who is a gifted inventor like her grandfather) salvaged alot of Arlaaekean technology found during the ensuing war. Chelsea studied and replicated most of this state of the art technology, creating gadgets that the original Red Specter could only dream about.

Now at 20 years of age, Chelsea decides that she wants to follow in her grandfathers footsteps. Chelsea makes her own variation of The Red Specter suit and she decided to take to the streets as the NEW Red Specter! Although this is against her grandfathers wishes, he aids her in her quest, acting as her mentor and guide.

Hero Type:Acrobat / Gray Matter (incredibly high IQ, a literal super-genius)

Power Level: City Level

Powers: Chelsea has a god given intelligence that is not easily matched. She is also extremely athletic, having done a lot of cardio and weight training to prepare for her career as a vigilante.
As the Red Specter, Chelsea utilizes a lot of Arlaaekean technology she scavengered during the invasion. She has a molecule destabilizer on her utility belt that allows her to shift her body mass through other objects or walls (I.E Shadowcat) and she has built in Night Vision and sonar in her mask. Her suit comes equipped with a "Muscle accelerator" that uses energy from her powersuit to fuel her physical movement, thus conserving her physical energy.
Projectile blasts from the palms of her hands are extremely powerful, if used at full blast they could vaporize a normal human within seconds.

Strength Level: 2 tons (while Arlaaekean gauntlets)

Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 30 MPH

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 9 hours (with Arlaaekean muscle accelerator)

Weaknesses: When not suited up in her tech, Chelsea is still a master fighter but is much, much weaker and more vulnerable.

Trenton Crews- Chelsea's boyfriend. Nice guy though not all is as it seems.

The Goblin King- A villain from the original Red Specters past who has returned. but how? The original Red Specter killed the original Goblin King....

I never RP'd as a female character and I have never RP'd as a human vigilante that relied on skills and tech as opposed to powers. Also wanted to create a possible female member for the Guardians, if the character is popular enough.

What can you bring to the RPG?: alot of heart and alot of complex human emotion and depth that goes beyond your basic "Good VS Bad" dillemas.

Do you know how to post pictures on the hype boards?: Yes

Underneath a pink sunset, the ocean water glistens like an endless sea of diamonds cut out from the sun. Chelsea and her boyfriend Trenton walk hand in hand down the beach.

"It's really beautiful out here, isn't it?" Trenton asks Chelsea as he shoots a smile her way.

"It is. makes me forget how bad the rest of the town has gotten. Almost." Chelsea replies while staring off into the ocean.

"Everything okay babe? You just seem, I don't know, distant...." Trenton asks.

Chelsea breaks out of her trance and smiles at her boyfriend.

"I'm fine honey. It's just...It's just really hard trying to enjoy a day at the beach while there is so much sadness and despair out there..."

"There is nothing you can do about it, Chelsea. We aren't the ones responsible for cleaning up this mess" he replies.

"Well with that kind of attitude no wonder all the heroes gave up on Lost Haven."

-Later That Night-

Agnes McGillicutty is 87 years old and in love with life. Before she left the house to meet up with her friends, she helped her grandaughter bake brownies for the entire 4th grade class. Agnes is a sweet woman with alot of stories to tell.

Peter Perez is a 37 year old ex-convict who is desperate to get by. He would do anything to make a buck. Anything.

It's 11:30 at Night, near the Bingo Hall on 23rd street. Agnes McGillicutty exits the Bingo Hall smiling after a big win. She had been coming to this bingo hall for 20 years and had never won big. Just then, Peter exits the nearby alley and pulls a gun out on Agnes.

"Your money. Give it to me. Now...NOW!!!" Pete demands. Agnes clenches her chest and appears to be having a heart attack.
Pete snatches the purse and makes a run for it, and leaves her to die.

Pete knows the alleyways like the back of his hand, knowing which narrows to turn town to get to were. He is on 7th street by now and he makes turn left turn down the alley behind Paddys Pub.

Then, Pete screams in agony as he steps in a bear trap.

"AAAAAAGHH!!!" Pete screams.

"I know what you are thinking. Whats a bear trap doing in a Lost haven alleyway? Well, some people hunt animals in the wild, I hunt the animals in the streets" The Red Specter says as she walks out of the shadows.

"Whaaaaa? Whooo???" the criminal asks as he bleeds profusely and struggles to open the bear trap.

"The woman you just robbed was Agnes McGillicutty. She is an 87 years old grandmother, a retired elementary school teacher who lost her husband during the Invasion. Despite all that, she keeps a good disposition and is often seen smiling. She makes macaroons for the Lost Haven Catholic church. Did you know any of that, sport?" She asks.


"I...I...." The criminal struggles to find words. He looks as if he is about to speak but The Red Specter rushes in and punt kicks him in the face, knocking half of his teeth down his throat. As sirens can be hears, red and blue lights can be seen in the distance. The Red Specter disappears into the darkness, leaving the ko'd crook and Mrs. Mgillicuttys purse, with the crooks fingerprints all over it. It would appear someone is going back to jail.

-The Next Day-

After a sucessful heart surgery, a very tired Agnes McGillicutty lays in her hospital bed watching "Two And A Half Men". She laughs at a joke Charlie Sheen makes directed towards John Cryers character.

Then, Chelsea Fox, one of Mrs. Mgillicuttys old students from many year ago, enters the room holding flowers.

"Mrs. Mgillicutty?" Chelsea asks.

"Is that...is that Chelsea Fox!? My goodness darling it's been ages! You have grown so much!" She says.

"Thank you, Mrs. Mgillicutty. I heard about what happened on the news and I wanted to bring you these flowers...."

"Such a sweet girl!"

"How are you holding up Mrs. Mgillicutty? Is there anything I can do for you?"

"No dear I am fine. But trust me when I say this: A pretty girl like you needs to watch herself out there. There are some bad people in this world! It's madness!"

"You can say that again, Mrs. Mgillicutty. Someone needs to put a stop to it."

JD, I have got a side arc going with Vigilante where he recovered a tank of Arlaaekean fuel unbeknownst to any of the other Guardians and has invested a large chunk of his inheritance into a new business based around reproducing it.

It may be worth a read before you start with the Scarlet Fox just so we don't step on each other's toes.

I'll bring up some links to the posts in about 5 hours when I have more time (just got back from work and am about to go to sleep since I have to be up first thing in the morning).

Lol well she is only using tech she pillaged off of dead Arlaaekean military and such. She isn't using Arlaaekean fuel or anything like that, all the tech she uses is equipment I created for the Arlaaekeans during my Mercury Man arc over a year ago

The Red Specter is officially part of the CAH universe. As it stands with Ultima, he recently told Jesse that he was going to kill Icon, Survivor, The Guardians and all of S.T.R.I.K.E.

Diggin' Cerberus so far, Carnage. If I knew more about Greek mythology, I would've done something in that vein. Glad someone's incorporating it.

It's always been something I've been interested in, and know a bit about. I don't consider myself an expert by any means, but I know enough. But I'm sure I'm bastardizing a lot of it, but hey, it's supposed to be a comic book.

But it's also deep enough to where I can basically pick any character from the myths and make him or her into a character for the game. It's nice to be able to draw from an established source.

LOL Ultima is a whole new beast this season. He is no longer takng orders from the Aliens so this season, for Ultima, is Ultima Unleashed. lol
