Hi guys. I'm really sorry but I don't have 'net access any more so I can't play in the game.
 
am considering coming back and giving this one a proper go seeing as Marvel 616 seems dead and OU is over for a few weeks

Character you have created: O Nva Xetaxy
Alias: Reverend Madlove

Speech Color (Actually say what you're using, don't go "Like this", or what not): Comic Sans, Purple

Character Alignment: Villian

Identity: Secret

Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): A charismatic, energetic, and flamboyant pan-dimensional extraterrestrial, Madlove is the leader of a cult on Earth, where he passes off his super-powers as proof of his divinity. His rockstar persona and energetic sermons promoting hedonism entice his loyal followers to do his bidding.

In his utopian home-dimension, everyone is equal and happy. Upon venturing to new dimensions and taking on new forms, O discovered the pleasures of wealth, power, sex, etc. and will now do anything to attain them. He also has taken great interest in the lives and cultures of other beings.

Origin Info/Details: O Nva Xetaxy is a member of a race of pan-dimensional beings who can travel through time and space. They have established a vast utopian society in their home dimension and, having seemingly mastered the secrets of their universe, set out to explore others. Upon venturing to other dimensions, many of these beings learned that their powers were greatly expanded or diminished, depending on the dimension they inhabited.

O Nva traveled into a dimension in which he was granted god-like powers. He went on to conquer and enslave the universe which endured his brutal reign until his people learned of these atrocities. After liberating this universe, they went on to hunt down O, now a fugitive, who was jumping from dimension to dimension in an effort to evade capture and to find a new dimension in which he would be granted absolute power.

O then stumbled onto our dimension, previously undiscovered by his people. While he was not omnipotent in this realm, he did retain a great deal of power. O took refuge on Earth, taking on a human form, and studied human culture and discovered a new, more subtle way of conquering—manipulation. O assumed the title of “Reverend Madlove” and formed his own religion. His “divine” powers, hedonistic messages, and flamboyant rockstar persona draw in more and more followers, slowly but surely increasing his influence and power over humans.

Power Level (Select one below): World or Cosmic. Not sure which he’d fall under (I’m inclined to think the latter but I’ll let you decide).

Powers (Be Specific): Energy projection/manipulation (energy blasts, energy absorption, force fields, etc.), Teleportation (from dimension to dimension, cannot teleport anywhere within this universe in his human form), Healing (himself and others), Matter Manipulation, Telekinesis, Empathy

Attributes (Select one at each category):

Strength Level: Normal Human (below average)

Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Normal Human (below average)

Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Normal Human


Agility: Normal Human

Intelligence: Genius

Fighting Skill: Untrained

Resources: Average/Large. Somewhere in between there.

Weaknesses While quite powerful in this dimension, O is not omnipotent as he was in previous dimensions. His human body is mortal and just as vulnerable to damage/harm as any other. In fact, his body is rather thin, frail, and physically weaker than most. O is also not used to experiencing time in a linear fashion and is not completely aware of all the limitations of his human form, making him reluctant to use some abilities. His new and diminished perception of time and space can leave him somewhat confused and disoriented.

Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?): His loving followers.

List a few reasons why you've created that character: Thought he was pretty interesting. I was imagining a sort of backwards Doctor Manhattan mixed with David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust.

What can you bring to the RPG?: A villain, which we have few of.

“Children of the universe…” the speakers bellowed. The faces of the crowd lit up as they immediately jumped out of their seats. Strobe lights went off and fog machines began to cloud the stage.

“Allow us to introduce…” continued the voice over. The crowd screamed and cheered as colorful lasers and lights began to flash and dance about the stage.

“The one… the only…your loving cosmic messiah…”

In a flash, every light was shut off. The auditorium was now pitch black and nearly dead silent, save for the hissing of the fog machines.

“Reverend…” whispered the voice over. A single spot light shone on the stage, revealing a gaunt man covered in a white silk cloak. On each side of him stood a young woman, clinging on to his shoulders tightly.

“MADLOVE!!!” the voiceover screeched. Fireworks erupted, and the crowd went insane as the women tore off the cloak, revealing a gaudy, colorful costume. Madlove opened his arms up to the crowd and basked in their screams of admiration. He raised his hands to the heavens and from them let loose bolts of electric energy, further sending the crowd into frenzy. He dropped his arms to his sides and gave a swift wave of his hand. The crowd fell silent. He approached the microphone and smiled at his followers.

“My children…” he whispered with a huge grin, “Live to love!”

“And love to live!” the crowd shouted in response.

“Too true, babies,” he snickered.

Funny thing is my last post was written before I knew about the bridge incident or trusty's goings ons...

I just threw ellipses on the end of my otherwise unchanged post and it fit with what you guys already had.
 
What planned stuff? I'm hellbent on ****ing up whatever NiteMare is planning so I'm making up **** as I go along. :awesome:

My next post is going to feature Vigilante giving the Director a wedgie and head-butting him mid-press conference before proclaiming Lost Haven a place of peace and love for humans and meta-humans alike...

I'm then going to make an app for the Sapphire Speedster which is what the Blue Blur changes his name to after cross-dressing and transgender surgery takes place since the stress of life under the media microscope has taken its toll on him... I hear the character's still available...

After agreeing to work a late-shift to cover his long-time friend, Ryan Harland, Alex found himself driving home in the early hours. It was during this drive that the sky was lit up by a bright ball of flame that screamed over the quiet countryside road and slammed into the distant treeline.

Curious and with no sense of his own safety Alex headed for the crash-site and came across a being laid amongst the wreckage of a destroyed craft. The creature, sensing the good in the young human offered Alex his helmet.

Alex hesitantly took it and stood helpless as the creature died. Glancing at the helmet, he felt the overwhelming urge to put it on. As he did so his mind screamed in agony as memories and feelings and the history of an entire race burned into his head. Alex collapsed from the mental barrage at first, but as it slowed he became aware of the power that was coursing through him.

The Alien he now knew was of a race called the Valar and himself was part of their elite warrior sect called the Omegas. Omega Prime was the leader and having seen the destruction of his people, Elix Gan-Shun was the last of them. He had fought against the wave of an evil scourge known as the Tenos, a savage warrior race systematically working their way through the galaxy. Managing to escape, Elix crash landed on Earth and passed on the his power as a last resort to stop his people from completely dying out. Within his helmet he had contained the memories of every previous Omega Prime as well as data and information from the collective knowledge of the Valar Omegas.

Now, as the new Omega Prime, Alex Winter must decide on how to use this new found power and how best to live up to the legacy that has been bestowed upon him.

Elix growled and slammed his fist upon the main console of the cockpit. "Ship engage silent mode. I don't want to hear it".

Glancing out of the viewport and ignoring the myriad of flashing lights around the cockpit, Elix manouvered the ship towards the blue and green planet ahead. Fire seeped out of three of the four engine ports and Elix resigned himself to his likely fate.

"It's been good serving with you, ship" he spluttered, blood froting from the corner of his mouth. It was only when he recieved no reply that he remembered initating silent mode for the AI. With a wry smile he removed his helmet and placed it on his lap, gripping it tight as the ship jolted around as it broke through the planets atmoshpere.

Alex yanked hard on the wheel as the empty road suddenly beame illuminated. The car screeched and spun but came to a stop easily enough. Forgetting the music, Alex followed the trail of the huge ball of fire as it blasted across fields and smashed into the distant treeline of the forest. Swallowing hard the young man took out his phone and flipped it open looking at the screen. It was almost three in the morning and despite how pissed off he'd be, Alex decided against calling his friend Ryan and telling him what he had just seen.

"Probably one of those meteors you see on the internet" Alex said to himself. Glancing at the road and then back at the scorched treeline he grinned to himself and leapt out of the car. Locking it and leaving it by the roadside he followed the direction of the fireball intent on getting himself some kind of souvenir. Little did he know of the truth that awaited him.

Alex slammed his foor to the floor of the old Ford as Meatloaf blasted out. At this hour of the night there was no one else around to see him rock out so intensely.​

"BUT WHEN THE DAY IS DONE AND THE DUN GOES DOWN AND....."​

[FONT=&quot]Alex yanked hard on the wheel as the empty road suddenly beame illuminated. The car screeched and spun but came to a stop easily enough. Forgetting the music, Alex followed the trail of the huge ball of fire as it blasted across fields and smashed into the distant treeline of the forest. Swallowing hard the young man took out his phone and flipped it open looking at the screen. It was almost three in the morning and despite how pissed off he'd be, Alex decided against calling his friend Ryan and telling him what he had just seen. ​

[FONT=&quot]"Probably one of those meteors you see on the internet" Alex said to himself. Glancing at the road and then back at the scorched treeline he grinned to himself and leapt out of the car. Locking it and leaving it by the roadside he followed the direction of the fireball intent on getting himself some kind of souvenir. Little did he know of the truth that awaited him.[/FONT]​
