How did Batman knew where Gordon and Dent was after SWAT team got Joker?
The other cops were overhearing the conversation, the disrespectful bastards :hehe: -So, where is Gordon? -He got a call from Dent! -So where is he? -I'm sure that wacko would only lead him to the warehouse. -Bingo!

Batman either listened in on police radio or he used the sonar to trace his cellphone call.

Chris Nolan was asked about the "five dead" line during the BD-Live chat. His response: "I will answer this question someday. But not today."

Could this have something to do with the next film?

Sneaky little runt.

The line existed from the earliest draft of the film we have. So obviously they knew what they were supposed to do with it early on.

maybe the plan is that he killed catwoman, so when she get's introduced in part 3 she already knows she has 9 lives, w/ 8 left.:wow:

btw im joking.

How was Harvey's DNA acquired for the Joker card?

Loeb = the glass
Judge = the card
Harvey = ???

I'll go with the theory that Joker stole Dent's underwear from him when he was taking out the garbage at midnight.

The DNA was not contracted from the glass or the card, it could have been done from a multitude of different ways that they didn't show on screen.

Nolan said specifically in the BD live chat that the joker card was in the court papers to get the judge's DNA.

Really? Wow, didn't know that. Very cool, even though i don't think you can get DNA from fingerprints.

Adds more to the scene though.

"...Today we fight! By all that you hold dear in this good script, I beg you not to ask question, Fans of TDK!!"

.......... what? :hehe:

I got that right from the start, when Ramirez said the card had three DNA samples.

And sure, he would have got it... if Surillo's hand was really sweaty.

Or if she cut her finger on the card. Given is the Joker's card for his targets, I wouldn't be surprised. :hoboj:

Why was Rachel saying bye to Alfred before she gave him the letter? It sounded like she was leaving Gotham or something.

I think it was a just a big goodbye after a really long distressing troubled night, and with more problems coming ahead

I'll bet you he doesn't know who the five are either. :yay:

Why was Rachel saying bye to Alfred before she gave him the letter? It sounded like she was leaving Gotham or something.

I think she knew there was the real possibility that she would die if she left the penthouse.

What are the cops clapping about when Harvey pretends to be Batman? Are they clapping because they don't like Batman, and want to see him arrested? Are they clapping to show their respect for Batman? Or are they clapping because they don't like Harvey, because he took so many of them down in Internal affairs? I don't get it.

That's how I interpreted it.

They're clapping was out of respect for Harvey. One thing I love about that scene is the look on Wuertz face. I don't think he claps either. lol

I interpreted it as the cops understanding what Harvey was doing and respecting him for putting himself in danger. And yea, Stephens is clapping and nodding supportively, but Wuertz just stands there with his hands in his pocket and this "yea whatever" expression. a**hole, lol.

1. the cop The Joker shot in Harvey's hospital room. It was probably assumed Harvey killed him himself.

2. Detective Wuertz (two of them cops)

3. Maroni's driver

4. Maroni himself probably died in the car crash.

5. The fifth may refer to Harvey himself.

I think they some of them might have believed Dent was Batman. I'm not really sure what Gordon's plan was if Dent had actually been Batman. :funny: I suppose he didn't exactly expect the cops to be taken down so easily by Joker, anyway.

Gordon knows Dent isn't Batman, because all three of them met together on the rooftop.
