Na it didn't. Well, not really. It hit the side of the Tumbler, and sent it flying. Most of the damage was caused when it went crashing through the wall.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of the commentary that Nolan recently did over the internet while watching the movie? I'd really like to hear it but wasn't able to get into that thing in time.

1) Were the two cops who delivered the envelope to Surrillo corrupt?
2) Where the other cops in the gun salute corrupt, or was it just The Joker and Schiff?

1. I think so yea. They didn't seem too shocked when her car blew up.

2. I think they were all Joker goons. There was seven people tied up in the apartment.

when dent gives the warrants to gordon, he says "something something... without telling me what we are after" what does he mean by that?

I'm sure this has probably been answered before but I assume it was Bruce who called Fox on the cell during the high rise meeting he had with Lau about the deal being off???

He probably said "You want me to issue a warrant without telling me what we're after."

After seeing again the Dark Knight one plot element came to my mind for the third film. Harvey murder's the 5 people with the gun Joker gave him. I keep thinking that it could be part of a major plan. Who's gun is it? Joker's? Harvey's? Gordon's? Probably just overthinking about it...

If I recall Harvey had that gun in the Thomas Schiff scene, ie. before meeting Mr J.

Yea could be. It's probably to show that he has a phone on him, so he can get away with leaving the other phone there incase Lau asks the security guard.

Ok, tell me what you think...

In the first scene in the Gotham General Hospital, we see a nurse that asks: "Can you help me, please?". It has the same outfit (well, it´s a nurse, yeah) that Nurse Joker wears... He kills her? What do you think?

Na, his nurse outfit looks like a fancy dress one. It's got pink trim on the sleeves and that. I doubt a real nurse uniform has pink trim on it.

1) I think they are, I had the same idea but wasnt sure till paying attention to there reactions after the explosion.
2) If Im not mistaken when Joker turns to shoot they all do at once, and either way like someone else said there were 7 or so guards tied up that Bruce found.

Gordon wants dent to issue a warrant to invade certain select banks. Dent knows it is for the mobs money just doesn't like being treated dumb.

Yeah, Gordon is tracking the radiated bills to link mobsters together for a big sting.

"I was trying to fight the mob!" - Gordon

1. the movie did not seem to emphasize that they were corrupt. and if u watch the scene where Surrillo's car blows up, one of those cops has a "oh sh**" reaction. it goes by really quick though.
2. all the cops in the gun salute were the joker's goons.

I check it. The real nurse has pink trim on the sleeves. Just the same stuff that Joker wears.

Really? I'll have to watch it again tomora. If you are right I guess you can notch up another kill for Mr J then.

The "oh ****" reaction just could be surprise at how big and loud the explosion was. The Joker had a similar reaction after his bomb went off at MCU and we know he was planning that. I think if those cops had been clean they'd have been more shocked and we would've seen them turn around immediately to help Surillo.

The only reason I think they showed the lady telling the cops to help was to make the audience think it was her when the camera goes back into the room with Dent and Nurse Joker. Maybe not necessarily another kill for Mister J (she seemed more interested in helping others than watching Dent anyways). Joker did show up to the hospital with a red wig by the way, unless he pulled a Hannibal Lecter on some random nurse. :wow:

I post this on the Manips thread:
Hey guys, I just stared at this poster for a while:
tdkintpostertripmedat8.jpg

And I just noticed that while Joker and Batman's face is blurred and their hand not, Harvey's is the other way around. If this has been "discovered" before, I apologize, a little clumsy of me by not notice it before.

Although it isn't about the motion picture, I think it deserves another look. And as my previous comment says if this has already brought up, I apologize. I just want to find out if there more than the poster. :woot:

In summary, the question would be:
"Has anyone noticed on this poster, that unlike Batman and Joker, Harvey's hand is blurred instead of the face?" :yay:

I don't think I've heard that, but you've posted it several times already, and not just in the manips thread. :oldrazz:

Batman and Joker's faces are fairly recognizable even when blurred. Harvey Dent's face is not, which is most likely why they opted to keep it in focus.

The uniform seems to pretty much be the same uniform. The signs are the buttons and watch which I don't think is common for nurse outfits.

I think that's just what a nurses uniform is for THAT hospital. like maybe all the nurses where 1.:word:
