its really not fair cuz the two movies are so different from each other, its like comparing The Godfather to Scarface. but the better storyteller always wins for me: Godfather over Scarface, Dark Knight over Spider-Man 2.

No doubt The Dark Knight. All comic book movies now have to step up based off the examples of Iron Man and most of all, The Dark Knight.

TDK really set the bar high and far out of reach but none the less I would love to see Nolan try to top this movie I know he can, but damn its going to be hard as hell.

but technically there not even the same type of movie TDK is like a crime drama while spidey is action drama

I'd say out of all comic book movies Iron Man is a definite second place.

But...just the star power in The Dark Knight is overwhelming. Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Aaron Eckhart? Amazing.

I was a big fan of the first two spider-man movies, in fact they were right up there on the top of my list, but The Dark Knight has really blown away any movie I think I have ever seen in my life.

The Dark Knight > or = to Spider-Man 2 for me. I've seen TDK twice so far, it's hard to really call it a comic book film for me honestly. It's just an amazing film in general (and it's more of a crime-thriller etc.) Either way, TDK & SM2 are neck & neck for me right now.
