I'm not super bothered by things like that when it's done right. I just consider it part of the artistic license.

Look at All-Star Superman for instance. My favourite Superman story ever, beautifully drawn, and Superman downright dwarfs Lois physically in that story.

I don't know about it. If this was written as a sequel back in the day right after TDKReturns came out, sure.

After JPV, Dick (x2), and Batman Inc., this isn't that revolutionary or game changing for a plot device.
