And maybe I should have known this, but even though the TRU gets a truck on let's say Tuesday, it shouldn't stop me from still looking on Wed. and Thurs. as I went back there today and there were 5 Bats that weren't there before. I guess they "pack out" for hours or days after the truck delivers.

No "The Bat" from Hot Wheels either...and I'm not paying $10 on eBay for a tiny die-cast.

I didn't even know that there was "The Bat" hot wheels until I read it on here couple of days ago. I went to my local Target and found 1 left! But haven't seen any in Walmart, TRU, Kmart or any other Target.

On another note, went to 3 Kmart yesterday, found 2 banes and rest are bats. It didn't look like they reorganized at all, it was still in the same places as before.

I'm surprised by all people receiving poor packages from amazon. I order from them all the time and I've never had a damaged thing from them. Maybe its the warehouses or something? Almost all of my orders come from a warehouse in Indiana, maybe they just aren't so bad at packing or something.



I agree Gordon and Blake are my top 2 as well, followed by Catwoman (GD then GU), Bane, then Alfred, Ra's and Batman.

Went out looking for some of the hot wheels today (Looking for the bat and the 1:50 batpod and tumbler (black) but no luck, ended up ordering the bat online for a few bucks and might buy the 2009 sdcc Batpod/Tumbler set finally.

It's not Amazon, it's UPS. Could Amazon do a bit more to package toys better? Probably, but you have to remember that these are toys. Amazon isn't selling them as high-end items that require lots of safeguarding. Ultimately, UPS is the one that picks the packages up from Amazon, takes them across the country, and delivers them. They change hands and change vehicles a bunch of times, being re-shuffled repeatedly. Generally speaking, UPS is the worst when it comes to safe handling. FedEx and even USPS tend to do a better job with that.

As far as the mini Hot Wheels diecast go, I have the Batman Forever Batmobile, BB camo Tumbler, and the TDK black Tumbler. I've been holding off on the 1940s Batmobile, and wasn't even aware that there was a Bat. I'll need to keep an eye out for that.

I totally agree. Those moments were even better the second time around when I saw it in true IMAX. I really hope the Hot Toys Batpod can do it...

I am so jealous. I live in the Cleveland, OH area and we don't have any TRUE IMAX theatres around here with the closest one being two hours away. We have XD (which is great in my opinion), and a fake regal IMAX but no 70mm projections. I am bummed I never got to see it in that presentation.

Just went to Kmart again and only Batman and Bane of course...so far from that Kmart I've boughten an Alfred, Bane, 2 Kmart Batman and a Catwoman. I'm the only person that has bought anything besides someone else who has bought the first alfred case along with a Bane and Batman. I'm there #1 customer, lol.

Very true, sometimes it can be amazon's fault, as a few people pointed out some boxes were JUST big enough or even a little too small for the figures but like you said, amazon isn't thinking about them as collectors items. Most of the time it would be UPS fault.

Excited to get the Bat in, wishing they would come out with a 1:50 scale of it to go with the Tumbler and Bat-Pod (the one with Batman on it)

Just ordered me a Blake, survival suit Bruce, and Dent. I'm going to take the Blake head and put it on survival suit Bruce, put my Begins Gordon head and put it on Blake for the Gordon cop look from Begins. Then I'm going to put Bruce's head on Alfreds body, and Alfreds head on Gordons body.

My Blake from Amazon came in today! He's a sweet figure that I think looks pretty close to JGL. The box was in pretty close to mint condition, but I'm an opener, so that didn't really matter to me. The only bad thing is now I really really REALLY need to find a Ra's to complete my signal & I may do something drastic...like pay way too much for one. Talk me down, man; talk me down! lol
