I rate this the same as Thor: The Dark World in terms of quality and I hated that movie. IMO, this was Hemsworth's worst performance as Thor in the MCU, even more than Fat Thor in End Game (I was fine with it, as he had a reason he looked like that). Hiddleston wasn't good in that one either. The human characters......sigh. Fortunately, many of the characters like Thor, Loki and Darcy were redeemed in future projects in the MCU and I hope that Love and Thunder can redeem Jane Foster in my eyes and I hope Selvig comes back as he was made to be a buffoon in TDW. I cannot see anything like that for the surviving Eternals, but who knows.

The only characters I liked were Makarri, Kingo and Dane Whitman, which was more than TDW as the only character their I liked was Sif.

Soo I just got back from a second viewing and maybe because I was tired and hungry during the first viewing I didn't like it much but now I've done a 180. I liked it alot more and I'm bumping up my score to a 7.9/8 out of 10. There are still some things I would've done differently but other than that it was good. A lot of things I missed from the first screening, I did not miss this time. I can't believe I missed a lot of stuff during my first watch wow

Funny... Before the reviews began seeping into the online fan convos about this I was seeing posts around here talking about the trailers and clips and how it was so obvious how much superior Chloe's Ikaris was going to be compared to Zack's Superman.

It was just so obvious...

The film aside, the concept of MOS is very interesting and could have been great if it wasn't executed poorly. Superman in the real world. I can understand the inspiration. It's possible to be inspired and find merit in art that doesn't work.

Agreed its criminal we never got a sequel to that I don't count BvS as its sequel
