This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]502533[/split]
1) The rights to put as many LIVE ACTION TV shows (not animation) on Network or cable (FOX, FX, FXX) Or Streaming Services as they'd like using characters from the X-Men family. FOX retains full rights for future streaming and DVD/BluRay releases, cross overs will require additional negotiation.
I don't know if Marvel would release the full live action TV rights to the X-Men character family, especially as FOX lost a lot of their bargaining power with FFINO. And Marvel may want to protect their very lucrative Netflix shows by limiting FOX to broadcast and cable alone. There's definitely some wiggle room here.
2) Marvel forfeits their % interest in FOX's X-Men films. <-- no way will that ever happen
It happened with Spidey. It's a relatively small amount, estimated at about 1% of the gross, but I think it is something Marvel would be willing to sacrifice.
3) Marvel becomes more lenient onf X-men movie merchandise, specifically the collectible market
"Becomes more lenient" is a tad bit wishy washy, and the collectible market doesn't do much to increase the visibility of upcoming releases. I was thinking more along the line of "X-Men: Apocalypse" t shirts and posters.
1) The immediate release of the live action rights to the FF character family.
In any deal I think this is the minimum Marvel would be willing to accept.
Somebody else asked that question just today. What happened to the Fox/X-Men fans who were defending this movie for over a year? All the talk of haters, but it seems most were just right.
Maybe they are too busy hanging out with the cast and TheNextNolan22.Somebody else asked that question just today.

Oh all of that will be said. They are in hiding till Monday---hoping against hope that the movie is a surprise hit.
Then they can say, "F the critics--the audience has spoken!"
If that fails they just go on to the myth of..........
THE LOST TRANK CUT OF THIS MOVIE AS A MASTERPIECE!!!
Oh yes, their final position which can never be disputed because it will never be seen.
Stupid Fox wimped out and were afraid to release Trank's awesome first cut because they were afraid it was too clever and too dramatic and they bastardized it into a MCU clone which was bound to fail.
Is there ay doubt some will take this as their mantra?
I think they will try to avoid blaming Fox, so we have to consider that. Actually I am going with this being Marvel's and DC's fault. They made good movies over the last decade, so now we can tell what horrible looking comic book movies look like. They are in hiding till Monday---hoping against hope that the movie is a surprise hit.
