That ending...

It's probably the first time in the history of the CW-DCU where we had THREE Major DC Villains present in one scene.

Dat ending, hot dang I love this show. But a month until new eps? Grodd damnit :argh:

Another stellar episode. This series has been consistently great since the mid season finale.

And dat ending... :wow:

The grenade seemed like a porcupine man reference. #25-28 I think.

Could be similar to Bivolo?... except RF's eyes don't induce the whole rage thing.

HOLEEEEEEEEEEEEE
now that is a tv show about superheroes!!are you kidding! FIRESTORM WAS FREAKING AWESOME! i said it before and i will say it again i want dude to get his own show! but i will settle for guest appearance!:cwink: I freaking love it wasnt the "oh we cant do! this we have to run and get away bull^&*!it was like"once more into the breech!"( that was cool!) we have to merge and give these crewcuts a LESSON!! Dont &&* with me!! i am FIRESTORM!!!love when he was flying and barrywas running!
and that ending! are you freaking kidding!!i dont know who didn't think Grodd couldnt be terrifying but that creepy ass voice and ripping Eling a new one that was FREAKING GREAT!!
I really think with superheroes this is the 1st show to really get them right! ^&*! that realism crap! this show is on FIRE.... STORM!! hehe

God damnnnnnnn that episode. So ****ing good. Absolutely love this show.

It's really incredible how faithful they're being to the comic books. I mean, we got real Firestorm. Martin Stein and Ronnie Raymond sharing a body with Stein talking to Ronnie in his head. With full flames and flying and white eyes. We get Reverse Flash and Gorilla Grodd both fully realized and teaming up with each other. We get the Rogues in their full glory with a Captain Cold straight out the comics. We get time travel. The show is the CW's best rated show in a long time. And this is all in the first season. If there's any situation to describe the word "surreal" it's this. I mean, we could literally only dream about this type of show for the Flash just two years ago and it's pretty much going better than any of us could have expected or hoped for. Truly the golden age of comic book properties on the big and small screen.

The epsidoe was incredible! I'll need to give more thoughts tomorrow but will sum my general view up like this...:woo:

Fantastic episode and I look forward more to Flash every week then I do Arrow now. But a thought just occured to me. Could Grodd be controlling Wells via mind control? No signs are pointing to that, just a theoretical question.

So. Freaking. Good.
I love this show.

I never would've thought Firestorm would be a character I'd be dying to see more of but the potential there is so great. I loved the acceptance of what had to be done as opposed to making it some big tortuous thing. Once Victor Garber became the VO in his head I was just thinking, yep, this is gonna be fun.

The time travel stuff even though we know where it's going...at least vaguely because they can make some changes...is going to be cool to see. They can mess with the CW-verse timeline in fun ways for their Flashpoint adaptation.

I figured they'd go with a voice in the head for Grodd and I like it.
Anyway, what's left to be said? It was all great.
The Flash infinitely benefits from these sci-fi type mysteries and progress coming through Barry learning about his powers.

I'm still of the opinion that the big twist will be Flashpoint-esque and that it will turn out that the RF didn't kill Barry's mother, he was just trying to stop Barry from saving her and ruining everything. I think the biggest twist would be that it was Barry's dad that killed his mum, but I don't know if they'd go there.

I know I'm just repeating everyone here, but: That ending!

My Grodd that was awesome.

I see Wells' cowl provides the same problems as Barry's. That awkward cut as he pulls it down.

Still, great episode. I'm glad Eiling is dead, he was really starting to irritate me. I question how the military can so openly commit huge human rights violations. You would think one character would think of just telling people what they are doing.

Also, RF and Grodd double team is pretty awesome.

I see a lot of people online surprised that Wells is Reverse Flash. Have they not watched the show before?

The denial is strong.

First Joe investigated Wells and now Iris. Wells secrets will be revealed.
