It was absolutely amazing! 10/10. Best episode yet and cements The Flash as the best superhero show currently airing.

I have to laugh that someone anonymously rated this episode a "3". Anyone wanna own up to it and explain why?

First off Lmao to that quote I didn't even see it til I read your post. And last but not least this episode was the best hour of tv I 've seen period I mean everything had me in shock in awe the wells/EOBard and Cisco scene was my Fav! I mean really it was amazing!!⚡⚡⚡

The Good:

- Everything to do with Thawne/the Reverse Flash.

- The Weather Wizard.

- Cisco/Thawne.

The Bad:

- I'm really not feeling Barry/Iris. It's to the point where it's kind of uncomfortable to watch.

- Barry allowed the Weather Wizard to escape twice before the end of the episode.

- I found the Weather Wizard's endgame (destroying the entire city) to be kind of over the top.

Felt like a lot of the stuff in this episode could've been used as cliffhangers for upcoming episodes. What an amazing first season this has been.

I went back and read the last few pages to see what everybody else thought of the episode, and I'm going to be honest...I don't get the hype.

The episode was good, but it wasn't that good. The midseason finale was much better (IMO).

But I don't want to be the guy that rains on everybody's parade, so carry on. I, for one, can't wait for next week.

Hmm Yep that is true. For some reason I just assumed both the future Barry and reverse flash that were fighting were both from the same lifetime or general time period.

I'm also just flat-out tired of Iris being the ONLY main cast member who DOESN'T know. The whole "love interest cannot find out because of DRRAAAMMAA" thing almost never works, and it certainly isn't here. It adds nothing of value to the show, it's just tiresome.

Lighten up. It WILL happen at some point If not now, probably before season 1 is over.

Well they showed that girl hailing for a cab that they showed at the very beginning of the episode. Showing that he was indeed a day in the past.

And yes that Cisco scene gave me super feels

The same events occurred, with a woman trying to get a cab(?) the same way and such. Speaking of that bit, it was kind of amusing seeing somewhere I just was last week pop up. t: Need to try and catch this show filming one of these days.

I have to agree, it felt like the producers wanted a cheap excuse to tell and do a bunch of things then reverse everything so it's not part of the actual plotline. It's amateurish writing at it's worst. You expect this kind of lazy writing to happen 2 or 3 seasons into a series not so soon. First episode of the series I was disappointed with. I gave it a 3 and thinking about it now I might be to generous.

Basically how I feel, but then that's basically how I feel about the whole show. It ranges from average to really good but it's never come close to the amount of love others seem to give it, for me at least. Sometimes I wonder if the people proclaiming it the best show on tv see the same plot contrivances, forced romance and awkward dialogue that I do. That Walking Dead reference for example felt particularly weird and out of place this week.

The episode had some of its highest highs and its lowest lows.
I'm beginning think the writers don't want us to like Iris , because they're going out of their way to make her unlikable. The writers really aren't doing her character any favors, and I really feel for Eddie and Linda.

That said, Wells, Cisco, Time Travel, Weather Wizard, was first rate, and I can't wait to see what happens next. So while parts of the episode were amazing, other parts were really getting on my nerves.

I think I would have liked it better if I had fast forwarded through the CW romance stuff, but I can't deny everything else was quite awesome.
