This show is so on point. Funny, best Laurel has ever been.

Oh, Reverse Flash... so epic.

Loved the ending. Very cool to see Barry enter the room we first saw at the end of the pilot episode.

I'll give this episode an 8, the Everyman was a pretty good villain. The whole crossover aspect was pretty cool. Loved seeing characters interact with each other who usually don't like Lance and Joe, Cisco and Laurel. I hope Capt. Lance begins to forgive Laurel after his talk with Joe. But OMG does next week episode look like a whale of an episode, I can not wait.

A lot of shows get the prison vs. jail thing totally wrong. Flash isn't the first, it won't be the last.

Loved the episode. I think I love Eddie and Barry working together. I could almost ship them. I need more Barry and Eddie working together.

I don't know how to feel about Iris. She was more relevant in this episode, and it was nice to see Caitlin working with her, but I'm a bit put off by Iris hacking her dad's computer.

Also, I kind of want cross-overs in every episode. They are really too much fun, even with all the serious stuff happening.

All in all, a great episode, even with Barry and Caitlin being kind of dumb. -pets them-

I don't know if you mean from a moral standpoint (I doubt it with Iris) or a techy one. With the latter, it could be 'hacking' rather than actual hacking, ie. Iris looked over her dad's shoulder one time when he was inputting his password.

As for Eddie and Barry, definite BroTP potential. I ship it.

Anyone notice a look that Eddie gave to Barry at the end before he mentioned to Iris that he's been working with The Flash? I honestly thought he was going to spill the beans. I felt like something happened while he was in a holding cell...

I just mean that I feel like it was kind of random for her to be able to do. I guess she could have seen her dad's password, but all the other stuff seemed really techy.

As far as I've seen, Iris hasn't been shown to be a computer goddess. Whateves. The episode was still pretty good.

Barry and Eddie forever. Or until the show breaks my heart and makes Eddie evil. Is Eddie Thawne a character in the comics? He doesn't have to be evil, does he? Just cause his great-whatever grandson is a jerk doesn't mean that he has to be a jerk too, does it?

Also, also, also. I am very confused as to why RF wants to kill Barry. Without Barry, no Speedforce, right? So he doesn't get to have his powers if he kills Barry. So why does he want him dead? Did I miss something, or has that not yet been revealed?

I'm really surprised no one is psyched about Barry speeding through Coast City/Ferris Airlines and birth of the Canary Cry! Those were the most exciting tidbits!!

They really lingered on the mural at the police department when Joe was talking to Wells at the end of the episode. It's got a big eagle and crest on it, with the words Truth, Liberty, and Justice at the bottom w/ 7 figures on the center (looks like greek god types). But its clearly there to represent the Justice League I think lol. There's a guy with arrows (Green Arrow), a guy with wings on his helmet (Flash), a woman (Wonder Woman), a guy with a trident (Aquaman), then a Zeus-like figure (Superman), then two more males, one next to Superman (probably for Batman), and one next to Flash, (Green Lantern?).

It's probably nothing more than fan service but I've never noticed it before, it just really stuck out since they lingered the screen on it.

I can't screenshot it, but it's around the 40 minute mark if someone wants to.

Edit: Haha after google searching I see that this has been known since like October... don't know how I ever missed it til now.

I loved almost all of this.

But I truly loved Eddie and Barry on the World's Smallest Sofa. I really giggled at that moment.

Well, it depends on the state. In Delaware, there's no jails, just prisons. That being said, they still have to keep those accused separated from those convicted.

Still, it really makes no sense what Iron Heights is. For what state?

Huh, thanks for the info. I was unaware of that

I really like this show but they have to quit letting these bad guys get the drop on Barry. Okay so you can't touch him. then grab a 2x4 and whack him on the head with it before he can blink. ta da.

Eddie is most likely Malcolm Thawne. Eddie's evil brother.

I'm wondering how it will be revealed if it happens. Does Iris leave Eddie, causing him to attack Barry and reveal it? Or does Eobard Thawne tell Eddie about their family ties and how he's also Barry's brother?

As for the second part, the only thing I can think of is that Barry does something to the timeline that enables Reverse-Flash to kill him without anything happening to him.

Good episode. Every character utilized to good effect. I thought Cisco and Laurel made the cutest couple and actually had good chemistry even though you wouldn't think their characters would connect. I also like Barry and Eddie sort of being the Hardy boys and working together. Caitlin was great as always and its clear Grant and Danielle have alot of chemistry . I like the Joe and Lance scenes since it kinda reminded me of Law and Order with two detectives bouncing off each other. I liked that they had Iris being helpful and giving her a role beyond the love interest.

Yes, I know there are fanboys and girls who liked how they've handled her character, but its clear her character is alot stronger when they give her something to do beyond just being the love interest, and tonights episode was an example.

I'd say the strength of the episode was relationship dynamics between the various characters. Each character was paired up with another character and the scenes were written quite well and very witty at times. The episode was certainly an improvement over the Felicity and ATOM cross over from last week. I can't wait until the next episode.

Yeah this episode gets points for Happy Laurel and sane Lance. Plus better use of Iris. I tend to agree with Frodo if only that it seemed like the guest stars got all the fun last week and this week it seemed spread out better.

It's episodes like this where I really wish Danielle was the female lead.lol

Man, she has such great chemistry with Grant (fake Barry or not), along with having such a likable vibe.

Everyman, what a name.
Coast City, I almost thought we'd see a cameo by Hal Jordan.

I had some stuff going on tonight,so I don't know if I should wait to review this one properly. (as it didn't have my undivided attention) But I guess I'll take a shot at the things I remembered.

Man, what is it about Arrow's girls getting hotter on this show than their own? Laurel was :hubba here. I liked Cisco geeking out over her.:hehe: It's a pity her looks don't translate well as BC. The hair, make up & costume is very unflattering to her and I really think they should take a look at improving it between seasons. It's cool that Cisco is finally giving Laurel her the Canary cry.:jd:

I liked seeing Joe and Lance working together. Lance actually went back to likable for a few minutes before I have to hate him again over in Arrow.:csad: Hopefully, Lance will take Joe's words to heart. If anyone can reach a hard head like Lance,it should be Joe.

The bad guy here- Everyman- was very cool. I loved the end. He doesn't even remember what he looks like anymore from playing the part too long.

Glad Eddie saw some action. It looks like he and Barry are actually becoming friends.I didn't foresee that coming, but I'd welcome it going forward.

Caitlin/Barry--don't you be teasing me like that!:argh:

Again, I may have missed something, but why didnt Caitlin give Everyman the cure at Star Labs before driving him downtown?

That ending was so cool.Looks like the stuff is finally about to hit the fan between team Flash & Dr Wells.:woot:

Oh,and I'm glad Eddie dropped the bomb that he'd been working with the Flash. That seemed the obvious resolution to the problem, and I'm glad they didn't drag it out any longer than they have to.

Great episode, maybe not as much fun as last week, but fun.

I remembered something.
Again, no one thinks of what Hartley said about Harrison in a Flash.
Why?

One nitpick, why wasn't the door calibrated to Well's biometrics?

One nitpick, why wasn't the door calibrated to Well's biometrics?

Either Wells naively thought that no one would be smart or clumsy enough to find that press print on the wall during his time there, or the door opens to anyone who's connected to the speed force.

For the heroes to discover it.

Barry vibrating through the wall would have been a better solution. But apparently the guy who tries everything to keep his secret, didn't think any security measures were required to keep people out of his secret room.
