I suggest a stay off the internet until movie is seen
or stay here and people can have their spoiler thread

Oh yeah and dont forget those who like to lie and pop in >.>
I remember a number of people coming on here a week before TASM1 and giving long spoilers about the movie that all turned out to be false.

Wow really? Gotta watch out for those guys than.
Yeah, some guy came on here giving "spoiler" plot details, even getting really in depth. The movie came out and the guy never showed up again.

Eggyman was very trustworthy. He saw the film early and came back with true details about the film. And there are other members here that are seeing the movie early that we can trust, too.

I love the piano part. and I really hope the final version of the first half will be a lot better, the horns sound way too sharp, and the "tyyyy, tyyyyy, tyyyyy, tyyyyyy, ty-ty-ty-ty-ty-ty-ty-ty- tytytyyyyyyy" was pretty cheap composing

Ha, I know. I just make jokes without giving much of a sign that they're jokes to see if any people can tell that they're jokes somehow. Call it a lifelong social experiment. or a sickness. Either works.

TWC I actually know exactly what you mean.. I made that same point a while ago when this music was first released (on the website I think). I'm ok with the horns and the theme, but like you said, I agree when it just starts staccato repeating the same notes but quicker at the end, I think that sounds pretty horrible, and "cheap" like you said. I still have faith in Hans tho

I know which part you're talking about with the hyphens. As a musician myself that part stuck out to me in a bad way.

I really don't like the new theme song (If it is the real deal, and not an early draft). I think Horner's was better. Horner's theme was forgettable, but Zimmerman's theme gave me a headache when I listened to it.

I think I'll re-listen Elfman's Spidey score

Yeah. I'm by no means a professional composer but I've been playing/writing music since I was little. And like you said, as a (faux)musician that part really stuck out to me too. Just something you don't normally see

Like I've said before, I actually like the piece (not as much as Horner's theme, which was brilliant, but that's besides the point) but I'm just still really surprised HZ had something that simplistic in one of his major scores

Certainly doesn't give me a headache tho ha
