What makes me teary eyed more is all these great actors reconizing a another actor. Just seeing all those wonderful actors giving him a standing ovation and Cruise and everyone. Just actors reconizing another. Especially one this legendary. It just gets to me.

Putting the obvious tragic repercussions of his death to the side, this win gives me joy tainted with sadness. The negative bandwagon will always say it was a sympathy vote so I would have loved to have seen how all this would have played out had Heath not died.

Glad he won the Globe. Heath deserved ever bit of that award and all the other awards he was nominated for. He really brought the character to life and gave a memorable performance. All in all, great win.
