Alec Trevelyan was the primary villain in the film "Goldeneye." He was a "00" agent along James Bond in the film, his designation being "006." The cut in half by a laser aspect makes me think that the code could be "003," but that one's already been used for the dyslexic Leonidas.

Thoughts?

003 for sure IMO.
