Questions about this challenge: If one boat pushes their detonator first, are they the ones to "win"? How do teams coordinate at the same EXACT minute? What if there's a lag?

The captains pm me their choice and coordinate those efforts to send them to me at the exact same time. You could use something like AIM or skype to say GO and hit the send button at the exact same time. Not that complicated
