I respectively disagree...

The "Planet of the Symbiotes" issues were not "annuals", but called "Super Specials"... so the numbering that is on the comics, with the latest ASM Annual coming out this summer being #38, is correct.

:yay:

Aloha,
Well, as long as your being respectful, you get a pass:woot:Actually, that's why I put annual in quotes regarding Planet of the Symbiotes. In fact, there was no official Amazing Spider-Man annual in 1995. So yes, the numbering is correct.

The Web of Spider-Man issue is a strange one with a real cheesy story, but I like it

Hey Donald,

The cover for Spider-Man Unlimited #33 (vol.3, #11) is the same as vol.1 #11... you have them for both, so you'll need to change the scan for vol.3 #11 to the right cover.

I'm keeping the links "as is" so they'll change when you make the switch.

Thanks...

Mike

This comic originated the second most hackneyed plot-device for lazy modern-day Spider-Man writers... that is, Peter lifting an impossibly heavy weight off his back after first almost giving up. Fantastic scene in this issue, but cheapened in all following issues that ripped it off (homage my webs).

The most hackneyed plot-device for lazy, modern-day Spider-Man writers is of course Spidey trying to rescue a (usually blonde) girl from falling off a bridge. Cheap, pre-fab, emotional melodrama for writers too second-rate to create their own memorable moments.
