He's more drunk in the movies now, hence his darkness. Well from the trailers he looks somewhat quiet as himself but he expresses his anger through GG2, unlike the drunk Harry in SM2

I like that assessment.

I was surprised how calm he looked as his normal persona.

BTW - I thought he played a good drunk, and that scene when he slaps Peter in SM2 - always sends me shivers - I just feel so bad for them both (Peter because his already crappy night ends with his friend b%$ch-slapping him, and Harry for being in a dark enough place to do that).

i thought he played a good drunk..it's just, i think they could make the character more drunk
one of the most memorable things about Harry was his LSD addiction
if they don't want to bring LSD into the picture, replace it with alcohol
