I'm guessing that dance he's doing is when he's on that talk show. Or it could be similar to this scene from The King of Comedy and he's practicing at home for when he is one TV.

It's getting more and more interesting. If it has no relation to the actual film, why mislead people like this? This test footage, that isn't the actual Joker make-up, will be all over the internet...

Looks like speculation on that dude's part.

And yeah, he has subtly green hair, similarly to Ledger.

Dude looks more like Pennywise than the Joker, hope the final look is much better.

Take away the perhaps unnecessary make up around the eyes and it looks pretty old school to me. I'm actually taken aback by their approach.... I'm delighted! Definitely not Pennywise anyway which was quite clearly a demon in make up.
