Joker "The Joker" in development with Todd Phillips and Martin Scorsese attached? - Part 2

Lol at this part from the article

“About halfway through when Joker started killing people and monologuing about how society is evil he started clapping really loudly and incessantly for a good minute. People started yelling for him to shut up, but he kept clapping and cheering like mad,” Hood said.

Started from the bottom now we here
In addition to her role as Supergirl, Helen Slater portrayed Clark Kent’s biological mother, Lara in 3 episodes of Smallville and she has portrayed Kara Zor EL’s adopted mother Eliza Danvers in 11 episodes of Supergirl. The Supergirl script wasn’t very good. But, Helen was both a good Supergirl and a good Linda Danvers, The only portrayal of Linda that we have had to date. There was never another Supergirl film, but Helen has continued to contribute to the Superman Family mythos every way that she can.

He said in that interview, you can notice something in the white room towards the end of the film. Any idea what he's talking about?
What's this interview, and who said it? I made a personal recording so I could rewatch those last two scenes, I'll check it out.

Very curious how mass audiences will receive this because this is NOT the kind of movie you walk out of feeling good or like “i wanna see that again!” Its been two hours and I still feel dirty from it. Lol

My friends and i walked out of the theater thinking that tho, we wanted to see it again and bring more friends who couldnt make it lmao

So I didn't love Joker but I really liked it. I'm a huge Taxi Driver fan so I think that somewhat impacted my feelings on this movie.

I LOVED Joaquin's performance though.

Arthur has grey hairs so it feels like a big time jump? I'll be seeing it again mostly because of that scene because I wasn't expecting it.

Has anyone here seen Joker, or really any other movie, in 35mm? My local Alamo Drafthouse has it in 35mm but I've never seen a 35mm movie before, so not sure if that's worth doing or not.

This is the full interview, he mentions the possibility of more joker around the 21:10 mark.

If they were to do another one and incorporate Batman I’d hope it would take its queues from Batman Year One and have it be a Batman that’s so basic. I would love to see that suit done in live action. I mean I think they should leave Joker as a one & done but I wouldn’t be against an idea like that.

I noticed this myself! Makes me wonder how far of a time jump it is and if the Arthur we see throughout the film is actually much younger than we realize.

Not that I necessarily want Phoenix’s Joker to be in a Batman movie...

...but if you went with the idea that the only actual real sequence in the whole of Joker is
the Arkham Asylum scene at the end, and that the whole story of Arthur Fleck was one The Joker made up to entertain the psychiatrist before he killed her...

That way this entire movie basically becomes another, much longer version of Heath Ledger’s Joker telling his fake back story about how he got his scars.

I personally would love this and had the same theory haha
