That shot looked very unfinished to me. Almost like a motion comic. I bet the finished scene will look amazing, maybe even rival Fox's Quicksilver stuff.

If there is a quicksilver like scene in JL but with Barry, it would be out of this world.

Eh. The classic version doesn't look vastly threatening, but at least he doesn't look generic. Especially when you throw in that he's often riding a beast and running people down with whips of lightning. They'd have been better off sticking closer to this as a starting point, rather than ditching it for Generic Horned Helmet Man.

Lawd, and people say the DCEU defenders are good at spinning stuff. "A completely unthreathing and silly design is good cus unique!"

Going by this design, his name could actually be Stephen Wolf. A dude that travels with a circus.

If a person can look around.....and see paraplegics in wheelchairs, people with missing arms and legs, people with catastrophic brain damage, people in constant pain from various debilitating diseases, people suffering from and dying from cancer.....and they are mentally devastated....because they don't have hair on top of their head.....well, they are mentally devastated alright....mentally, morally, ethically, emphatically devastated.

The horned helmet is basically a combination of the alien Kirby look with the new 52 design.

Right. Plenty of handicap also go on to live happy life. So do people with various other disabilities. Go on and joke about them too.

...Did you just call being bald a disability? Unless you consider "my head's cold" as an impairment, that's a stretch. Are short people handicapped? What about guys with little dingalings who can't get the ladies to stop giggling at them? Do they merit such compassion and concern as well? I just want to know where the fundraiser money should go.

My last thought that I'm putting into this conversation is that I feel really sorry for Pennywise. He's supposed to scare people but he's going bald. I just can't help but to feel sad for his disability.

I love that the JL will be fighting parademons and all but we all know people will draw comparisons to the avengers fighting loki's faceless army, I personally don't mind parademons I think they're pretty cool but for me I would have preferred the first JL film to be them fighting the legion of doom. The plot would be like this, so Lex recruits the worlds most powerful villains, joker, reverse flash, black manta or ocean master, cheetah, Metallo etc. and they all wreck havoc on the world and that's the reason the justice league decide to team up. have the villains team up first which draws our heroes together. It would be a great way to introduce how the JL first met. And the audience will be familiar with the villains when the solo movies come out so it's a win win

There was a rumor a while back that the movie would show Steppy defeat the League, but Flash foes back and changes things so they win. I think I can see it happening, too.
In the original scene, Wondy probably misses her sword and dies, so Flash tips it to her in time.
In the original, Batman lands in the Knightcrawler and says "my turn."
You see the crawler get messed up, so Flash puts Cyborg in the Crawler, which you see in the new scene.
In the scene where Flash is running in slow mo near the Superman monument, it looks like he throws something. Maybe to Bats or Aquaman.

All I know is that there were rumors for BvS that we all laughed off, and some ended up being true. I hope this one is, because it would be one hell of a sequence to watch.

I'm not so sure that's reading as you think. I think by [blackout]in the ground, they just mean he's dead when the film starts. I reckon we might get those news reports about since the Superman died etc right after the prologue but I think that's it[/blackout]

Not the whole movie, breh. Steppenwolf could finish them off in the climax, and Flash immediately reverses time to save them and go for round 2.

This. Don't know why there is any confusion. I mean, yeah the movie will probably open with the Montage of the news channels talking about Supes and Lois at the memorial etc.
