The Leader

Does anyone know what the Leader's role in the movie going to be?

In that story breakdown thing that just got released it looks like he shows up in the beginning and then leaves

In the Latino Review synopsis, he plays a role throughout the film as Mr. Blue and is then revealed as Dr. Sterns (I guess not the Leader yet). So, he doesn't appear physically a lot, but his presence is felt throughout the film. I like the way he's introduced, to be frank. Fits and doesn't seem to take screentime from other characters.

I think thats just some misnomer of some sort, or they just meant that this particular guy is the leader of said ruffians.
Cuz I doubt the big headed freak would just... Sort of appear without any buildup, explanation, or really anything interesting surrounding the occasion like it feels like in the script.
