I can totally imagine the replys when pics get released of Rhys Ifans as the lizard when CGI is not yet added
"The Lizard never had those dots all over him in the comics, the movie is totally ruined!!!"

I can't help it, I view movies as 'ART' alongside entertainment. When I see stuff like this, it's like taking a bright neon blot of pink ink and putting a dab of it on the Mona Lisa. I easily notice that it shouldn't be there.
Why the hell is it a problem?! It's a 2 second came at the MOST. The man created the character, he deserves it. period.©KAW;19551967 said:I saw him. And I know who he is. For people who don't, it shouldn't bother them of course, but for me, I know it's a cheap cameo that shouldn't be there.
Dude, everyone knows that those dots are used for CGI enhancements.
So unless you're implying that Spider-Man's costume here is NOT finished, and will have CGI add-ons, stop.![]()

I get that, and for that reason I am a bastard. So, in part, you are right. But there's something about cameos, especially of creators (I see you Todd McFarlane playing a bum in the crappy Spawn movie) that says cheap gimmick that I don't like. Why the hell is it a problem?! You may not like them, but we do. That is your opinion.©KAW;19552680 said:I get that, and for that reason I am a bastard. So, in part, you are right. Well that's you. I don't see how in the hell it's a cheap gimmick. Seriously, I don't understand. It's a 1.5 second cameo that does no harm. Personally, I hope it continues on and on.©KAW;19552680 said:I get that, and for that reason I am a bastard. So, in part, you are right. It will.Personally, I hope it continues on and on.

Dude, it was a JOKE
you have propably the most driest sense of humor ever. Seriously
Was it a joke because you realized your post was inaccurate and a tad silly or was it a for real joke? Because your other posts have been pretty serious and pretty quick to come up with excuses.
The Lizard will unquestionably be 100% CGI. There is no way they're going to make a suit or a puppet or whenever for the closeups when they can just make it on a computer. That's the way most things are done these days.
What about the PREDATOR or ALIEN/ALIENS, they were mostly man-made with little to no CGI. I thought both looked great. I don't mind all CGI, but I want Jurassic Park type visual effects. If The Lizard and Spider-Man don't look like they're in the same scene together, because one looks like horribly rendered CGI, it's gonna be a mess. I personally, don't want to see both Spidey/Lizard switching back and forth between real and fake looking CGI.Anyways, back to this topic. I think lizard should be in PURE CGI. i cant image the man-made lizard costume.
Lizard should looks badass..somehow!![]()
