No, it's my own fault. You spoiler-marked it, fair and square. My own curiosity was my downfall.

In the original post at the start of the thread, I agonised over whether or not to read the spoiler. I eventually gave in and read it, only to find nothing much was really spoiled. And so I let my guard down, and casually clicked on your second spoiler, and... ouch.

Oh well, all it tells me is that [BLACKOUT]Loki lives at the end[/BLACKOUT]. And that's good news to me. The hows and whys remain a secret, so no harm done.

Loki as Ymir's son? Uhg....not so sure about that as his sole motivation. Loki's decent into true villainy took up his entire life, and was caused by multiple factors, not just one. The deaths of his parents, his being an outsider in all worlds, and ultimately Odin and crew banishing his children and turning him into a true social pariah. Boiling it down to "YOU KILLED MAH DADDY WAH!!!!" just cheapens a character with the potential to be a thoroughly complex representation into the nature of corruption and evil.

THOR runs at full pelt into a large silver chamber that is lit wih an odd gold hue, vast in size and with a huge pit in heart of the room. Loki srands on a small platform pressing switches, he is sweating, a truly insane smirk plays around the corners of his mouth, gloating over his imminent triumph he fails to see Thor approaching.

Thor readies his hammer and strikes the Dark God in the back with a blast of ethereal energy. “SHUT IT DOWN" , he commands! Loki turns on the spot, undaunted by the magical assault and prepares to speak

“Brother! .unexpected but I am glad you’re here, you should be able to witness the coming of Ragnarok! Once Joungandor rises all will be consumed by fire and ash.
