How do you choose what to watch? Is it a structured decision or random?

Mostly random.

I have a couple thousand movies on DVD and a bunch of movie channels on cable. I will try to watch more horror movies in October and more Christmas themed movies in December.....but generally I watch what comes. I may decide to watch a lot made by one specific actor or director....or movies from a certain genre or theme. It's basically how I feel at the moment.

There was a terrorist attack in my city and the internet collectively lost its mind. I came in with a comment saying that these attacks, especially where we live, are extremely rare and that we shouldn't buy into the fear and assume everyone around us is a potential terrorist (which some people were suggesting). I'm now accused of being an ISIS sympathizer and I no longer want to live on this planet anymore.

DeadPresident said that he always thought Ruth was a bot. That's a fair, balanced assessment from a neutral party. Grounds for removal, I would say.

That's true. Since it would be morally reprehensible to suggest she literally follow the course Stan set, I would suggest she symbolically do it. Show your love for Queen Famke by deleting yourself from the Hype. Make that sacrifice for love.

Is it wrong that I become irrationally angry when certain people challenge a post I've made on this forum? My reaction is always "How ****ing dare you speak to me?". Only with certain people though. Otherwise I usually concede that I'm an idiot.

No. It is they who are wrong.
