He did directly over twitter. Both him and his/DC fans. So I do believe they have a right to comment on that given what happened despite certain people’s poor attempts at sarcasm.

Yeah, using Faraci's downfall to attempt to undermine or de-legitimize actual valid arguments made against Snyder's work (by plenty of people OTHER than Faraci, I might add) is just tacky, imo.

But "commenting" wasn't really what that post was doing. It was insinuating his "haters" (and they didn't even specify what kind of criticism they were referring to) were turning out to be sexual predators, which is an absolute BS argument. He has a lot of "haters." For many different things. The odds when you gather that many people into a group are that a few of them probably will be ****ty humans. Doesn't negate or invalidate the argument that all those people were making, which is exactly what that post was trying to do.

I didn’t read that as all the “haters” but the ones that specifically turned out to be horrid so that could be a mistake on my part. I think that if a critic turns out to be a sexual predator then their opinions on any film, from any studio ostensibly about fighting crime is worthless because they obviously have a skewed sense of morality even if there’s merit to the argument.

But who cares about that? Get angry at Faraci for being a sexually abusive *******, but going "See! He was a sexual predator, therefore his argument against Snyder was invalid" really seems petty and missing the ****ing point.

I hate modern film criticism to be fair, I’d rather watch some kids on YouTube break down a film with actual analysis than read elitist snark and personal attacks.
