For some reason carbonated drinks usually help me with nausea, too.

Try cocaine.

What a lovely Star Wars trailer.

I'm not proud of this.

Yes I am.

I see that they are recreating this scene with Rey in the trailer.

If they can actually capitalize on all that was implied in that trailer and make it work... This could be a truly special SW film.

The potential is huge. Lets see what they can do with it.

It's gonna suck! TEEEEHEHEHEHEHEHHE

Indeed. That's the most effective trailer for a blockbuster I've seen in quite some time.

BFI IMAX announced a few days ago that Star Wars episode 8 tickets would be available today at 7AM (in about 5 minutes from this post) so i decided to have a quick snooze before they went on sale, but then i remembered that two years ago on October 2015 when Episode 7 tickets went on sale they released them half an hour early to ease their servers.

Luckily i remembered this half way in my sleep and low and behold they were on sale already! Got myself a premium seat of the midnight première, not smack dab in the center but 5 rows into the middle so all good their :)

Trailer was fantastic by the way.

If Luke doesn't fight and own some ass.... no sell.

I wonder what the "Disney makes everything light and fluffy" crowd is up to while that trailer makes the rounds. :oldrazz:

Oh right, complaining about Thor Ragnarok being comedy of the year, of course.

I didn't find it super dark? Just like an empire strikes back feel.

most of it was space battle... ive gotten enough of that from the battlefront 2 beta... it wasn't great, a 7/10 trailer.

That "crowd" is probably a vast minority numbering in the low hundreds, who will be lost to Darwinism like tears in the rain.

Why is it wrong for people to complain about Thor being comedic looking? Hell, you complain about all things DC and praise Marvel's ****... fair trade off.

Gee... I am looking UBER forward to TR. But...

No. You know what, let's NOT be Kane and Tacit Ronin and stir the excrement pool up for giggles in this sacred lounge.

if you think TLJ isn't going to have comedy, especially with that little weird thing screaming... you've lost your mind...

because friends aren't back stabbers.

As a big Hulk and Thor fan, I will say that theoretically Planet Hulk and Ragnarok could have absolutely been adapted into a darker film. Now, I'm certainly happy with what I've seen of TR's tone from the footage, and for all I know they could pull out the big guns and have powerful dramatic moments...but on the face of it, there's a very valid reason to be disappointed by having two very dramatic storylines turned into something overly comedic.

hide roose! you can't criticize the comedy cause of THE LAST JEDI's trailer!!
