Thanks Mr. Lee, going well so far using the patches. I think where I messed up the last few times I tried to quit was not following the instructions that come with the patches as far as doing the whole 2 months worth of them. I intend on doing that this time

I know some people won't consider it the same, but I've gone a week now without chocolate. A desire for something that hurts you is hard to overcome.

It's the same in my book. As an alcoholic, I know that I can turn anything into a bad thing if I'm not careful. My biggest problem these days is the retail therapy buying tons of stuff I want and don't really need. But if my biggest problem in sobriety is that I have too much money to waste on things I want then things aren't too bad for the DJ
