This could be a realistic solution to having Heath Ledger perma-white. They dont even have to explain it because there is no explanation for it.

I feel sorry for the guy, but I like his attitude toward his condition. Reminds me of some of my friends who have disabilities but dont let it stop them from enjoying life.
