The Mandalorian and Grogu

The fact most normal people still call it baby yoda will be a tough obstacle for this movie.
That was another thought I had. Not only is the title clunky as hell, but I have to imagine that a good 90% of the normals have no ****ing idea that Grogu and Baby Yoda are one and the same.

Even though S3 was mostly phoned in junk, that actually concluded on these two lines of dialogue together, just to set up cranking out more...
-Mandalorians are stronger together ...!
-You must now leave Mandalor and go on your journey.

Seeing Zeb flying the Razor Crest 2.0,
Mousedroid POV,
AT-RT (Recon Transport) in action,
I'm such a sucker, I'll bite. :funny:

And yeah, this needs a better title.

Don't know if the ship is Zeb's, or if Mando hired him as a pilot/transport?
Though if he inherits the new Crest, I hope he kept Gorgu's favorite control knob from the old one. :cwink:

The title sounds a bit clunky. But Marvel Studios had its worst with titles like:
-Captain America: The First Avenger (should have been Captain America)
-The Avengers (they should have removed "The", in other countries its also called as Avengers Assemble)
-Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (should have been called as simply "Shang-Chi")
-The Marvels (Captain Marvel 2 would have been more marketable)
-The Fantastic 4: First Steps (yeah just no)

I also think, the title is quite consistent with other spin off films like Rogue One and Solo. It looks they really dropped the "A Star Wars Story" for this spin-off.

Favreau been itching for that crossover.

Chances she's got an amphibian-like/named adopted daughter, and they going around hunting alien bounties. :funny:

Does this mean there won't be a season 4? Because it obviously won't be filmed and come out before May 2026. Unless the movie is delayed.

Smart move if they want to keep the movie as a special event. A season 4 would just be too overexposed at that point.

Ok that pretty much answers my question from last week. :D

Now I have more. If the show is dropping in viewership and they're thinking of ending things, how do they expect a theatrical movie to make enough money to profit out of it?

Also what about that other Filoni movie? Are they still developing and plan to use it as a finale for the Mandoverse? It feels that they expect the audience to have a lot of prior knowledge of the TV shows before tuning in to a whole other medium. Even more so than Marvel does.

I assume the jump to feature film is the budget. They don't seem to want to spend $200 million on Disney Plus shows anymore, but is still willing to spend that on a feature that in theory could make hundreds to billions of dollars at the worldwide box office.

A feature film can also be an event. Another season is just that… another season.
