It's from Marvel: The End #1:

I thought it was the post-Heroes Reborn Avengers #1 cover because of Perez's penchant for drawing ridiculous numbers of characters crammed onto a cover, but, for anyone who questions my Thor obsession, it was the tiny bit of fur on Thor's cape that gave it away, since that's from his King Thor costume and he wasn't wearing that on Avengers #1.

Hey! Now we have some players! An I'm going to have to do some research on that one. If that's Conan, I've not read a single issue of Conan in all my 27 1/2 years. However, for some stupid reason I feel like I've seen that image before and something about it strikes me as Howard the Duck. Don't ask me, it's just what came to mind.

This is a from a pretty famous Conan cover. I was sure you guys would know it right away. If you need any help, I'll expand the cover a bit. There is a portion of this picture that should help you figure it out...but, you have to know what that portion is.

Well, the lady with Red hair strikes me as Red Sonja... which I think started as a Conan character, right? But I've rooted through every issue that Milehighcomics has shown of Conan (1970), Savage Sword of Conan, King Conan, Annuals, and misc. other stuff. Unless it's an issue they're missing... I'm stumped.

Edit... and after looking around some more based moreso on Sonja appearances.... I'm still stumped!

Well... does nothing for me, as I'm not familiar with a single Conan cover. I'll have to look around again after I get home from work tonight. (I'm home for lunch and don't have time at the moment). Odd that Conan is facing guns though.
