But is that true in the post-Disassembled universe? Didn't some S.H.I.E.L.D. agents find Agatha's body & say they couldn't tell how long she had been dead? So Agatha as Wanda's teacher could have been a figment of Wanda's imagination (a lot of that going around :)). Or were they trying to imply that Wanda had killed Agatha?
Either way, Wanda used chaos magic and chaos magic, as of Avengers: Disassembled, no longer exists. Hence, Wanda's powers are entirely X-factor-gene-fueled, not magical at all.

they tire, it's a strain on them, but some have more mental stamina than others

So it varies, where as someone like Havok will deplete himself from phsycial extertion and tire drained of powers. Someone like Magneto will drain himself mentally?

Didn't that happen during that business with Fabien Cortez or something?

I think it seemed like he exhausted his power once, but it actually wasn't because he wore himself out. Maybe I'm thinking the same thing as Anubis. Or maybe not?

Doesn't it have to do with his physical condition or something like that.... if he's physically injured at a severe level, his body can't produce/handle his power thus rendering him powerless (unable to use his power)? But if he's in top shape, he won't tire of his powers?

I don't think Mags can completely exhaust his power. That'd be like someone running too hard and consequently losing the use of their legs. They'd just get tired, maybe strain a few muscles, but they'd recover after resting.

I think Magneto was just using Fabian Cortez to boost his powers beyond their natural limits. I don't think he'd burned himself out and needed Cortez to power him or anything.

That's all speculation, though. I doubt you'll find a clear answer unless you go back and pore over every Magneto appearance ever, looking specifically for that.

uhh...

most comic stores have a thing called The Star System which lists every available TPB so the can check their inventory against the list for anything the need to reorder

or you could go to Amazon and just do a search for Marvel

or check the tpbs section at a comic retail website like www.dreamlandcomics.com and they should have a subsection for Marvel trades (although divided up into "Spider-Man", "x-Men", etc/

I have been doing a little reading up on certain characters and events and in doing so I came across some info I recall reading in either The Thanos Quest or IG saga.

I remember that Thanos says he came into possession of the Infinity Gems before, but did not fully understand their true might and used them as weapons instead of using them as the control of all that is. Or something like that.

My question is, when Thanos initially come across the infinity gems? When did they originally make their appearance?

this is all I got

"The Infinity Gems first appeared as the Soul Gems, in Warlock. At first only the Soul Gem was seen. Two more were seen in an issue of Marvel Team-Up. The existence of six in total were revealed in an Avengers Annual and a Marvel Two-In-One Annual. However, their true power would not be revealed until the two-issue mini-series Thanos Quest."

Thanks Peck  Guess I'll just have to do a little reasearch on my own to find out what issues exactly that happend in. :D

DevilHulk, can you at least tell me why you are still in this contest if you have to go to us every friggin' time? This one shouldn't be too hard anyway, just look up the issue where Pym slaps Wasp.

I got a stupid question. How do i look at stuff that has spoiler tags on it? or put spoiler tags on things for that matter?

lol i feel like an idiot for asking.

Highlight what you want to look at, as if you were going to copy and paste it.
yes you are an idiot :D jk. Then put [ spoiler] at one end, and insert what you would like. Then put [/ spoiler] on the other end, without the spaces.
