Whoever plays Superman should in all likeliness play Bizarro
What are you talking about? There's several different origins for Bizarro beyond the TAS one where he starts off as Superman and mutates.
In fact the Bizarro spec script at Warners currently involves a Bizarro Earth (that's square) and Bizarro Superman being from that world.
The prosthetics for Bizarro would be so heavy, it really could be any actor under there. It doesn't necessarily have to be the Superman actor; especially if there's another actor who fits the evil, creepy mold of the character better.
I'm down with Scott Elrod as Bizarro.

Dude looks evil as f%ck.
That's just your opinion though. They can just as easily have another actor in the prosthetic makeup playing the role. There's really nothing definitive that mandates the use of the same actor.
The original point was I can see Scott Elrod as Bizarro:
But not as Superman.

Nor is their anything definitive that mandates the use of separate actors.
But because Bizarro is a borderline spoof and/or opposite of Superman most of the time, the actor playing Superman already has most of the natural elements he brings to Supes which would be applied to Bizarro but with a much different goal, rather than some other actor copying and spoofing (lack of a better word) the performance of whoever is actually cast as Supes. The performance would be much more accurate.
Well..duh.
I never claimed it was so. I said either is possible. Which still means I can see an actor who would work as Bizarro; with the possibility existing that seperate actors can be used.
Opinion.
You never actually said either is possible.
It doesn't necessarily have to be the Superman actor; especially if there's another actor who fits the evil, creepy mold of the character better.
You just continued to argue your point pretty much in the same way I was, pretty much as your preference, so I see no reason to say "Opinion," because of course its my opinion. And everything you said was your opinion. So why say opinion? (legit question, not trying to make fun)
I'm just telling you either option is possible; despite your opinion that the Superman actor should play Bizarro.
The actor that would be a good superman might not make as good a bizzaro, bizzaro may be superman but they arent the exact same person, it would be extremely hard to put on a good performance as an almost ******ed superman and as a normal one. whoever plays bizzaro just has to be similar to the actor playing superman otherwise bizzaro might not turn out the way most people think of him as. it doesnt have to be the same guy at all as long as he can play bizzaro.
