This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]518561[/split]
I don't see why Fox would want Cable to debut in new Mutants film.
I don't need to read the full run of New Mutants. I probably read more comics than you did in your life.
Sneider also tweets about inviting Boone, Maisie and Anya over to his mom's for dinner.
No duh he's joking about inviting Boone to dinner, but he's pointing towards the rumored casting being right in the joke. That part was him joking

It hasn't been confirmed yet, which was the point. We'd like to know for certain.
According to Production Weekly, director Josh Boones film is being referred to as Growing Pains, which seems only fitting, as the story centers on the teen students at Xaviers School for Gifted Youngsters as they come into their own. Considering the projects influences, which range from the 1984 Marvel Comics storyline The Demon Bear Saga to classic Amblin and John Hughes films, the nod to the popular 1980s sitcom Growing Pains doesnt seem accidental.
No casting announcements have been made, but classic New Mutants characters have been teased: Danielle Moonstar, Cannonball, Sunspot, Wolfsbane, Magik and Warlock. Boone (The Fault in Our Stars) also fueled rumors in February by revealing concept art of Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams as the shape-shifting Wolfsbane.
does that confirm NM is set in 1980's??? thats a chance
A lot of us here speculated that since the film was first announced. It makes the most sense IMO.
2018 is going to be a very important year for this franchise either way.yup this movie is gonna blow the haters and skeptics away
