No, Bruce's father was still Thomas Wayne. His grandfather was Bruce Wayne Sr. When Bruce inherited his fortune, he covered up his parents' murder to avoid suspicion of being Batman by making it seem Phillip Wayne was his father.

Byrd and I hashed it out over MSN. He's good.

Ah. My bad, guys. Sorry. Continue...

I'm casting Amber Heard as Larfleeze, EB - tough crap! :cmad:

Change Kristen Bell? Hell, I'd like to propose an amendment to make her play every female character. She'd look real good in a Supergirl outfit...
How about every character, period?

She'd make a great Bane.

:fhm:

Heh. I was originally going to make a joke about her playing all characters, but you sir have provided audio-visual aid. You win the internet.

I'd let either Bane rough me up.

...But that's just me.

Male Bane's mutant body hair is a turn-off for me.

...or is it a turn-on? :awesome:

Are you so repulsed by it that it actually attracts you?

How close are we to the end of season folks?

My guess pretty close...it would seem fairly logcial that the season ends with the formation of the league and Checkmate starting to come together as well.

All of this is just my guessing take it for what it's worth.

I believe we had talked about the season ending in late October.

MB told me that the Sta'rro arc would not be the finale. Instead, if the season ends in October, as Byrd told me, that'd be great and give me plenty of time to get my actual finale plans in order (like an awesome Clark & Lex confrontation! ZOMG!!1!).

BTW, new Superman post coming up.

Well, fair enough. I only assumed because we've been going on some time now.

Okay then. Looking forward to the Lex Clark throwdown.

Aside from that, MB can't have the sta'rro arc be the finale because Batman's gotta confront the fact that he stopped Holiday a month or so in the future while he was still fighting the alien threat. :awesome:

I don't know if Ultimate J'onn is vulnerable to fire, but Superman might have inadvertently hurt him by blasting a few beams of heat vision that close to him. Just a little extra conflict to keep things interesting up there. :cwink:

Also, I made it so that the temporarily freed infected people have pretty spotty memories of what they did while under Sta'rro's influence. I figured that it might be inconvenient for Lex's plans if people remembered the fact that he was blasting the s**t out of them with a plasma gun.

Hey everyone letting you all know that I will be out of town for the next week. Feel free to bunny The Atom & Giganta (within reason) to move the arc along.

Talk to you all in about a week.

Aloha!
