I never knew Uncanny X-men #145 or Giant Size X-men #1 was an alternate future. You sure you know what your talking about RSS?RSS said:Javon, you do know that she could only do that in that issue - which was also an alternate future?
Sure, it's the ultimate extent of her powers, but she can't do it now... She isn't there yet.

ProfeZZor X said:I believe Manic is incorrect in saying that Iceman has no brain. Think of him in ice form as Xavier is to his Astral form. He exists, but has no concious body. Iceman does have a functioning mind, but it's not necessarily anchored into a physical body, such as a block of ice. And I don't want to sound like the devil's advocate here, but I'm starting to wonder if he exists as psionic force, like Chamber does by inhabiting a shell of for a body.
And here's why:
Remember when that Nightcrawler arc (about his father) started? When his head was blown off, he was in his human form. The moment he was blown up from that exploding arrow, he was left as an ice head. He didn't ice up, so it makes me wonder if his conciousness existed in his bodily fluids, and it just enough to reform as his head.... I could be way off, but that moment deserves much more explanation.

What do you mean stop with the storm explanations. I simply stated all the people who could tell if he had a brain..ProfeZZor X said:Okay, enough with Iceman and Storm explanations.

And wtf do you mean Angel?! A living roach can beat him. As for Emma, Iceman can beat her, Storm can beat her, Quentin Quire can beat her..thats all for now.
So if this isn't a "who can beat her/him" thread it's a "How can they be killed" thread, what in the hell is the difference. If someone can beat them..then they can be killed! Whats so hard about that? And sorry for the thing about "enough with theA", i thouhgt you wre talking to me..sorry.ProfeZZor X said:This is not a "who can beat him/her" thread.... it's "How can they be killed".
Angel has a healing factor just like Wolverine does. That's why I put him on the list.
Also if you noticed, I put Iceman in that "enough with the" comment first. The general statement was not specifically towards you.
Uhm, there's a big difference. This is simply asking a method in order to kill the character (such as decapitation), rather than asking who could beat who (such as blabla beating blieblie).javon said:So if this isn't a "who can beat her/him" thread it's a "How can they be killed" thread, what in the hell is the difference. There was no anger in my post. Also, you just don't seem to get it. It's not about who is able to beat Apocalypse, but how one is capable of beating Apocalypse.javon said:Leave your anger in the other thread. And to change the subject before someone finds it useless to come to this thread, who can beat Apocalypse?
Well who do you think Optic Rage?Optic Rage said:about 40 to 50 people.

RSS said:Seeing as I don't want to change the topic of this thread, I'd be more then happy to be enlightened by you - on how she was in energy form in those issues.
Because she wasn't.
Anyway, doesn't Angel have like an healing blood or something? If so, then wouldn't freezing/boiling his blood kill him?
RSS said:Oh dear...
Javon, you should really stop making things up. She did not travel as lightning when her people called her - and here's the narration from those panels: "Kenya, East Africa: Atop a lonely knoll, there stands a great stone portal. Men come to it in humility, their voices raised in praise and song-- and prayerful supplication. 'Ororo, great goddess of the storm,' the voices cry, 'come unto us and ease our burden!'. And with the hollow peal of thunder and the moan of lonely winds -- the storm goddess comes!". If you'd have read the book, you would see that the second panel shows a scene with great wind - which is how Storm travels, upon wind; then the third panel shows her surrounded by a lightning aura, which she does many times. That isn't an energy form.
And she doesn't appear in energy form/travel as lightning in Uncanny 147 either. There is the panel that shows a lightning bolt striking the castle then her in the sky as Rogue Storm, but if you would have thought about it for just a second - you would see that the panel of the lightning is drawn from a very distant perspective; hence, she would be too small to be seen.
She hasn't traveled in lightning.
I would like to apologize ProfeZZor X for changing the subject once more, I won't do so again. Javon, if you want to further discuss this, then do it at the Storm thread.
