really? I don't think that's true at all. when people were going to watch pirates 4 they were mostly interested in blackbeard and what he looked like? hmmm...

well I was mostly talking about films of this genre, hence the 'this kind of film' so thats a moot point and pirates 4 doesn't really count, but most people go them for Johnny Depp anyway (including myself )

my point was, for a superhero film, alot of people show more interest in the villain and the problems, then they do with say just the hero, sure people are still gonna be interested, but its one of those, if the people know who the villain is, they're going to care about the product alot more. Take Joker for example, you think TDK would have as much BO and praise hadn't the Joker been in it? Same goes for all three Spidey films.

And most sucked.

But it's like Hasbro KNEW that Spider-Man 3 was the last. Because they released that series of toys (Just labeled "Spider-Man movie series") of classic villains redesigned. I bought a bunch of those...(Lizard, Rhino, Scorpion) But there was no Vulture...hmmm

I bought A LOT of Spidey movie figures. I think I have ever SPider-Man figure form SPider-Man 2. And I have a ton of SPidey 1 and Spidey 3 ifgures as well. Hasbro, sadly, never packed as much quality as Toybiz did, but oh well. I still liked the S-M3 figures. especially the 6 inch.

^ yeah me too, plus at the time I was doing a Stop Motion Animation project, so it gave me an excuse to go out and buy all the toys (and yes I did use them in the animation, it was a kraven and lizard story, but the rest all had a part too lol t

I'm actually quite pleased with this. I always thought of Spidey that way when reading the comics.
