Vesper Fairchild among others, in else worlds he did Talia, but in continuity he never has, according to #616 but bruce is a bachelor of course he gets some.

the reason the goons were up in the clocktower in batman 89 was that they were watching the parade from up there. at least thats what the novel says anyway. probably the same for the movie.

To clear this up, she wasn't naked for the viewer to see, it was implied and the blouse was just opened a little. And it was implied that Bruce was getting some from Selina Kyle in Dark Victory and Long Haloween, but I don't hink he was ever there to bang her. In DV, she's sitting by his fireplace and she's prone to bone, but Bruce isn't there.
