batman is as over-rated as superman. Though, its worse for batman, because he actually has plenty of weaknesses that his fans choose to ignore; never mind the fact that "with prep time" is about the lamest excuse I've ever heard for anything. ANYONE real or imagined can do ANYTHING with "prep time". I could scale Mt. Everest if I had "prep time". The real test of any one's abilities is not how good they are if they hypothetically practice or prepare. Its tossing them into the ring as they are.

If Batman arrived in New York and bumped into Spider-Man, Spidey would easily take the crown. He could web him up from hundreds of feet away before Batman would even know he was there. He could dodge nearly anything Batman (a mere human with no powers) could throw at him. Never mind the fact that Spidey doesn't need a costume or belt to work in his favor.

Spider-Man, in his street clothes, could detect the danger of Bruce Wayne, walk right up to him, punch him with his super strength and steal Bruce's pocket change while his was outcold, drooling on the sidewalk. Without prep time.
