Huh? I never said he didn't. He's been carefully picking his fights since around the time he got with Arum, except for maybe Cotto and Hatton. Plus his catch weight demands are complete B.S., either fight at 140 or 147, none of this making guys get drained or come in too heavy like he's going to do with Marquez in their proposed fight in November.
That said, it's as much his fault as Mayweather's the fight isn't getting made. One is afraid to lose his ZERO and the other is afraid of needles. The voice over guy from the Bud Light commercials needs to tell them to "MAN UP" and get in the ring already.
That ESPN list is a few years old, that's why he's not included.
