Well, there might be some legal WB entanglements involving not showing Brandon Routh in the costume before they give the OK (or perhaps the illustration was going to be used for a magazine which has a copyright).

In any case, Greg asked us politely not to host it. But I'm sure that all of his artwork featuring Brandon will be availible in the future.

I saw Brandon's appearance on Gilmore Girls yesterday. Could have been worse; could also have been much better. Gilmore Girls is always fun though.

Funny, there were people who said the exact same thing about Matthew Bomer, actually (who really would be perfect for Dick Grayson/Nightwing -- especially with the longer bangs he had on "Tru Calling"). And he would've been dead-on for Green Lantern. Routh actually looks like a good Superman to me.

Someone actually proposed a Green Lantern movie (Kevin Smith, perhaps?) and Lorenzo diBonaventura, the WB exec in charge, basically said "Could you get rid of that stupid ring?"

Needless to say, GL: The Movie never happened as a result.
