You can't use your own * to block profanities. You have to just type the word. For example. You cant say, "Hey B**ch!" You have to type the word out, "Hey *****!"

Probably done so they can break it to people slowly on either side. If anything this costume illustrates how they don't listen to the so-called majority fan complaints of the SR suit because they just put a lot more texture on the costume.

Eh, despite my *****ing I'm fine with a costume featuring and not featuring the trunks. Ofcourse I stand by my preferance for a trunkless suit but I'm not going to cry if thats what we get.

Yeah, but since they pushed the release back 6 months, that gives them more time to perfect the movie, effects, etc...

The belt looks like a bunch of seams that connect to the oval buckle around the waist area to give the impression of a belt. The seams on the bottom part of the belt also descends to the legs. The crotch looks blue to me so there is no trunks.

Where is he? And who is he fighting that could throw him back and make a dent like that in a stone/steel wall? Presumably a super-powered Zod.

Very smart of them to ease people into the concept. Get people used to the suit generally, then show pictures of the "pantyless" full suit.

That's what killed my high after seeing the suit. It all goes dark from here.

As I said before, if the trunks were on it, it would easily be the best and most faithful superhero costume ever. The collar and cape attachment are awesome. The boots look fantastic. The colors may be too muted, but then again they may not, and with the trunks it wouldn't matter much. Without the trunks, I rate it about the same as the Superman Returns costume. With them, it destroys all other superhero costumes. Look at that cape and collar. So perfect. It irks me that they would make so much of it perfect then screw up the very middle of the visual.

I've never said a costume without trunks couldn't work, but you just can't take the trunks off the classic costume and pass that off as a new design. You have to do more than that. One thing that I might see or might think I see on this costume is some sort of red piping down the legs...if there is and it connects across to the belt, maybe that's an attempt at a trunks substitute, because there is a belt of some sort. So my opinion can change once a more clear shot of the costume is revealed.

Sad thing, is if there was clearly a set of red trunks on that shot, it would just as widely acclaimed as the initial Raimi Spider-Man picture. Because the rest of the costume is great, and the image itself is pretty badass.

Depends how much filming they do around outside. Set pics are great and all but its the finished stuff that is the best to see and stills from the movie. Much more controlled and how you're supposed to see it.

With the set pics some fans don't understand the difference and ridiculous threads turn up like "the suit doesn't look right when he's eating lunch." Its like some fans really want the suits to be real and look great 100% of the time.
