I wish the makeup dept would ease up on making her look old in BvS.

In MOS...they didn't need to do that....just add some greys to her hair and not as much old looking makeup.

Ease up on trying to make her look old and just let her natural facial looks do the work.

It's suppose to be her mother (of a 33 year old Superman) not his girlfriend

Well even if she were in her 50s, there are plenty of women that age who still look great and youthful for their age. She could've just looked like a woman in her 40s - like the girlfriend of a 40-something year old Batman!
