Damn i need to start playing this game again, those marshland pics are just too sick.

Yeah...I've gotta get back into this game.

The magic of Fallout 3, with the DLC as well, is that you walk away for a while...and then you end up coming back again.

I cannot remember the last game that kept bringing me back to it months after it's release to give me some new experiences.

Bethesda is utilizing the DLC pretty damn well, I think.

And Point Lookout looks awesome. Very...Texas Chainsaw...

Point Lookout comes out next week dont it? I'm a get my Live back on so I can download it. I saw the acheivements have already popped up on my list the other day.

I found this on Twitter from gamekicker.com, but the link is blocked here - can someone post it up? http://bit.ly/MzOjD

Yes its out June 23rd. In fact Gamestop has 'accidently' broken the street date. Bethesda is saying that the codes won't work until its on the Marketplace but some are claiming that their codes are working.

Wow, 4 days? I was just getting into my new UFC game.

You are looking at what 3 - 4 hour DLC?

Probably. If you are an achievement hunter then I'm sure finding all the locations might take a little while.

Yeah considering I have all the achievements except the new 4...I have to find all the locations. :o

Just wondering, because I'm not sure wheter or not to hold back on the Broken Steel...but are the endings for Neutral, Evil and Good all the same?

Well, there are only really 2 different possible endings that I know of. One good, one evil. There's really no neutral ending. Think of it in a way as the whether or not to blow up Megaton quest.

I've said before the last mission of Broken Steel, I found more satisfying than "Take it Back" in the original game, even though, it had a kick ass beginning.

after the coming weeks DLC point lookout, how many more DLC's are we gonna get? I may just wait till all the final ones are out.

One more has been announced, Mothership Zeta. But I wouldn't be surprised if they announced something else for Fallout 3 later. If you haven't bought any DLC period, then I would have to suggest you wait for the Game of the Year Edition.

As of now there is only one other planned DLC after Lookout.

Ive bought them all the day they came out, the past 3.

Ill probably wait till mothership zeta comes out and get them both the same day.

I like the way Gamestop is offering a 360 box with the dlc in it though

Downloaded this this morning and everything seems to be fine. I checked Xbox.com to see if people were unlocking the achievements and such. I heard there are a few texture glitches with certain parts of water but other than that everything looks good. One thing you might notice is you won't get an update for the content once you download this. For some reason the game doesn't need it. Maybe it was included in the update for Broken Steel?

I've been at work all day so I'll be playing it in roughly an hour. I'll let you know tomorrow if I beat it tonight. Like I said I've heard its about an hour and a half if you rush through the main storyline but if you like to wander around it could take a little longer.

Hmmm...So there's a good ending and a bad ending?

As long as I get the ending and the credits roll and then Broken Steel kicks in, I'll be fine.

Just started into the Pitt. I have to leave Dogmeat behind. And Sarge RL. That...broke my heart.

Just so we are on the same page.

Downloading Broken Steel does change the ending of the original game.

In terms of the Broken Steel DLC, you do have a good and evil choice to do at the end of that one.

Oh, okay. I got you. It does change the ending? I thought it only continued it, by giving an epilogue that would have you continue the game.

I have yet to buy Broken Steel, so...I might try beating the game with a GOOD and an EVIL character and just get the ending, then purchase Broken Steel and reload my save file prior.

Depending on who you have with you....can change how you end the game. So instead of the 2 choices, you now have like 3.

Wow.

So I bought it, with the case from Gamestop. Its downloading now. Im hoping this to help me reach level 30.

Okay, Erzengel...I think.

I haven't got Broken Steel yet, so right now...I've got two different endings to see. One with Good, and one with Evil. And with Broken Steel there's a third?

branching storylines can be confusing, if not careful.

The endings really just amount to different images and a slightly different voice over depending on two or so of the decisions you made during the game. I can only think of 3 major decisions you make that effect the voice over.

The Broken Steel ending is just the normal ending, but it fades to black at the end and cuts to a few weeks later or whatever. The actual ending of the game is not different at all, it just gets tacked on.
